Thor, Captured by the Grandmaster
Hearing the words of the Grandmaster, Thor gritted his teeth, wanting to say something.
But then he heard a familiar voice coming from afar.
Loki?
Thor instinctively turned his head and saw Loki, dressed in black and green, sitting in the distance talking to others.
Loki continued speaking eloquently, "... In a moment of crisis, I realized I had to make a choice, and luckily there was a wormhole below..."
He was constantly explaining to those around him how he came to Sakaar.
Upon seeing this, Thor was immediately overjoyed and, taking advantage of the Grandmaster's inattention, quickly called out, "Loki! Loki! Loki! Come here, come here!"
Hearing the shout, Loki paused, his smile vanishing. He pretended not to care and walked over, but as he got closer, he couldn't help but whisper, "You're still alive?"
Upon hearing this, Thor laughed and said, "Of course, of course I'm still alive!"
After saying that, Loki looked at Thor, who was strapped to the chair, and asked with some surprise, "What are you doing here?"
"I'm stuck in this chair, where's your chair?" Thor was a little confused as to how Loki could be standing there unharmed, and even seem to be getting along well with those people.
"I don't have a chair," Loki shrugged.
Then, he briefly recounted how he had come here a few weeks earlier and unexpectedly become good friends with the Grandmaster.
Upon hearing that it had been a few weeks, Thor was taken aback. "I've only just arrived here..."
At this moment, the Grandmaster was in the distance, saw them whispering and couldn't help but ask, "What are you talking about?"
Seemingly having overheard something about time, the Grandmaster explained briefly, "Time here is somewhat different from the outside world..."
After a brief explanation, he said, "You have to understand, no matter what, Thunder Man..."
"God of Thunder!" Thor interrupted abruptly, then looked at Loki and pleaded, "Tell him quickly!"
Loki shrugged and said, "I've never seen this person in my life."
"He's my brother!" Thor said in a deep voice.
Loki quickly replied, "I was adopted; we are not related by blood."
The Grandmaster didn't seem to care, and asked Loki, "Is Thunder Man that made for a warrior?"
Thor retorted angrily, "Get that thing off my neck, and I'll show you!"
The Grandmaster naturally knew that he was referring to the Neural Paralyzer on his neck, and couldn't help but laugh, saying, "Listen to this, he's threatening me."
Then he said, "Hey, Little Spark, how about we make a deal?"
"If you want to go back to that place, that place where As burps..."
"Asgard!" Thor corrected.
"Alright, Asgard," the Grandmaster said. "If you can defeat the Champion Warrior, you will be free and can return to Asgard."
Thor was furious, but had no choice but to compromise, saying, "Fine, then tell me quickly where my opponent is, and let him come at me!"
The Grandmaster laughed upon hearing this, "That's what a challenger should be like..."
Soon, Thor was taken away and locked in a prison corridor.
He had just been locked up and banged on the door several times, but he couldn't break it open.
Just then, a shout rang out from behind. Thor turned around and saw a gray stone figure talking to him.
"Hey, calm down, buddy."
"Look over here, my pile of rocks is saying hello to you~"
"Yes, I'm alive, I'm alive. Let me introduce myself. My name is Korg, and I'm the leader of this place. My body is made of stone, so don't be scared..."
As he spoke, he introduced the insect beside him, which was wearing armor and holding two knives.
Upon hearing this, Thor talked with him for a while and learned about his origins and some things about this place.
This guy named Korg was punished for something and came to this place to become a gladiator.
He also mentioned that everyone who participated in the Contest of Champions was dead. Upon hearing that Thor was going to participate in the Contest of Champions, the Korg, looked at him with pity and said, "Dude, you're dead meat..."
"They're all dead. Not a single person is alive?" Thor asked, frowning.
"No." Korg nodded and said, "Don't even think about escaping. No one can escape Sakaar. By the way, buddy, what got you in here?"
Upon hearing this, Thor couldn't help but exclaim, "That wretched woman!"
"When my brother, the White-Clothed Hero, arrives, he'll definitely teach these people a lesson!"
Hearing his words, Korg shook his head and said, "You want your brother to save you?"
"It's no use. Nobody can save you. The only options are to win the Contest of Champions and leave, or die here."
"As for your brother, it's best not to let him come, otherwise he will also become a gladiator slave and become like you."
Thor frowned and said, "My brother's power is beyond your imagination!"
"What power or not?" The Korg, didn't take it to heart at all, thinking he was joking.
For so many years, no one has been able to break the rules of Sakaar. How could this person's brother possibly do it? Time passed.
Soon, Thor and his companion were grouped together with the others, each choosing their own weapons, ready to go into battle upon hearing the announcement.
At that moment, through the laser protective net, Thor saw Scrapper 142 drinking on the other side, who was none other than Valkyrie, who had brought him here.
Hearing some of his words, Korg was somewhat surprised, "Scrapper 142, is she the one who brought you here?"
"Then you'd better watch out for her; these Asgardians are very hard to kill."
"Asgardians?" Thor exclaimed in surprise.
He moved closer to the protective netting and immediately noticed a tattoo symbol on the arm of number 142, which he recognized instantly.
These are the tattoo symbols only found in the Valkyrie Squad! A unit composed entirely of female Asgardians, essentially a human special forces unit, where every member is an elite female warrior! Thor's eyes lit up, and he exclaimed, "My God, you're a Valkyrie?"
"You know, when I was little I always wanted to be a Valkyrie, but then I found out you're all women..."
After a series of intentional or unintentional compliments, just as Thor was about to say something, a shout suddenly rang out from afar, announcing that it was his turn to go on stage.
Upon hearing the news, Thor immediately shouted to Valkyrie, "Please help me, I need you."
However, in response to his offer of help, Valkyrie said without turning his head, "Goodbye."
Seeing her about to leave, Thor couldn't hold back any longer. "Fine, I think you're either a traitor or a coward, because the Valkyrie swore to protect the throne!"
Hearing his words, Valkyrie subconsciously stopped in her tracks, and some things involuntarily came to mind.
