Background
Shi Hao was raised in Martial King Manor as the son of Qin Yining and the cousin of Shi Yi. Their fathers were cousins, but Shi Hao calls Shi Yi “Brother” and regards him as both an elder brother and a father figure. Shi Yi discovered Shi Hao’s Supreme Bone when Shi Hao was three years old, then concealed its existence to prevent others from taking it. 1 170 189
Unlike the Shi Hao of the vanished timeline, he grew up with his Supreme Bone intact and received consistent care from Qin Yining, Shi Yi, and the Martial King Manor. His talent gradually won over clan elders and even the Stone Emperor, while his upbringing did little to restrain his innate mischief and appetite for battle. 13 184 453
He later joined Mending Heaven Pavilion, where he became known both as a prodigy and as a frequent source of trouble. He nevertheless earned recognition for subduing dangerous Ancient Descendants and became the pavilion’s Supreme Elder. 111 318
Appearance
Shi Hao is a human youth who is frequently seen riding his Nine-Headed Golden Lion. His presence shifts sharply between an energetic, unruly boy and a cold, intimidating military commander. 183 487
- Possesses a radiant Supreme Bone in his chest. 461
- Has a blood-red rune on his forehead, identified as the mark of Sin Blood and described by Shi Yi as ancestral glory. 562
- Wears the Crimson Sky Piercing Crown and Kirin Heart Protecting Armor while commanding the Yan Huang Empire’s army. 319
- Can merge with the Nine-Headed Golden Lion, gaining golden armor and wings. 280
Personality
Shi Hao is fearless, battle-hungry, and intensely stubborn. He is drawn to powerful opponents, precious bones, and Treasure Techniques; in his own view, women are distractions from cultivation. 105 220 460 His confidence is genuine, but it often manifests as impulsiveness, arrogance, and a tendency to provoke conflicts before considering their consequences. 184 271 278
Despite this recklessness, Shi Hao is not incapable of restraint. He gradually learns etiquette from Shi Yi, considers the safety of his family before acting, and demonstrates real ability as a military commander. 283 284 319 He remains especially receptive to Shi Yi’s guidance, trusting him unconditionally even when he cannot understand his reasoning. 638 656
His compassion is selective. Shi Hao is willing to kill enemies and lead devastating campaigns, earning the title of the Eight Regions’ First Killing God, but he is stated not to slaughter innocents and retains a basic moral boundary under Shi Yi’s influence. 386 487 527
Abilities & Skills
Supreme Bone
Shi Hao possesses an original primordial Supreme Bone, preserved because Shi Yi concealed it during his childhood. Its power greatly strengthens his body and grants him Supreme Precious Techniques. 1 461
- Hand of Heaven — his Supreme Precious Technique; capable of covering the heavens with a single hand. 280 461
- Releases immense pressure when activated, enough that ordinary Venerable Realm beings cannot raise their heads. 253
- Reinforces his physique, allowing him to withstand attacks that would normally shatter his bones. 48
- Allows him to move under the medicinal garden’s domain suppression. 155
Ten Celestial Passages
Shi Hao opened Ten Celestial Passages early in his cultivation, establishing a foundation beyond ordinary prodigies. 107
- Supports his combat power against Ancient Descendants and Pure-Blooded Ferocious Beasts. 110
- Forms one of his principal combat assets alongside his Supreme Bone and Form and Will Method. 170
- His foundation remains inferior to Shi Yi’s Ten Celestial Passages, which were forged from the Thirteen Supreme Dao Scriptures. 96
Form and Will Method
Shi Hao uses Shi Yi’s Form and Will Method, adapting its basic forms with the Treasure Techniques he acquires. 125 279
- Tiger Form — used to destroy an ambushing tree-race prodigy with overwhelming physical force. 118
- Dragon Form — used to counter the Nine-Headed Golden Lion’s Fearless Lion Seal and to confront the Golden Peng Bird. 125 170
- Bear Form — incorporates multiple bear-type Treasure Techniques and can resist attacks from a Divine Fire Realm opponent. 279
- Can freely integrate the Treasure Techniques of other races after mastering the method’s foundations. 279
Using the Body as a Seed
Shi Hao created the Human Body Mystical Realm Cultivation System, also called Using the Body as a Seed. It excavates a cultivator’s inherent potential rather than relying on external resources. 562
- Its documented stages include the Wheel of Life, Dao Palace, Four Extremities, Dragon Transformation, and Immortal Altar. 90
- Is highly universal and can be cultivated even in an Age of Dharma Decline. 630
- Strengthens Shi Hao’s body to an extreme degree; his five Dao Palaces can form an internal killing formation, while his spine becomes a Chaos bridge connecting immortals and mortals. 651
- Differs fundamentally from Shi Yi’s Golden Core Great Dao; neither brother can simply cultivate the other’s path. 579
One Qi Transforms into Three Purities, He Transforms Freely Method
Shi Hao developed a new technique that Shi Yi named One Qi Transforms into Three Purities, He Transforms Freely Method. 562
- Allows him to manifest other beings through bloodline resonance. 678
- He manifested the Human Emperor Heavenly Emperor, Shi Yi, despite only possessing Quasi Immortal Emperor cultivation at the time. 678
- Manifestations require the subject’s lack of objection; Shi Yi could have rejected the technique’s effect. 678
Ten Ferocious Precious Techniques
Shi Hao can combine multiple Ten Ferocious Precious Techniques in battle. 575
- Thunder Emperor Precious Technique — summons Nine Heavens lightning, annihilating ghosts and departed souls across a vast area. 575
- Kun Peng, Divine Phoenix, Qilin, and Thunder Emperor techniques — fused into a multicolored offensive against the Primeval True Dragon. 575
- Acquired and rapidly mastered the True Dragon and True Phoenix Precious Techniques. 476
Battlefield Command
Shi Hao is a natural frontline commander whose strengths lie in direct warfare rather than civil rule. 471
- Led a million-strong army into the Great Wilderness as General Who Pacifies the North. 319
- Later commanded the Billion Strong Army during the war against Darkness Creatures. 614
- Successfully took the Sixth Cosmos Region without bloodshed and advocated giving the Fifth Cosmos Region an opportunity to submit. 453
- Serves as the final referee for the World's First Martial Arts Tournament, where his ruthlessness is considered a safeguard against cheating. 493
Equipment / Weapons / Items
- Nine-Headed Golden Lion — his loyal mount and battle partner; can merge with Shi Hao to form golden armor and wings. 170 280
- Little Pagoda — Shi Hao’s Immortal Seed Divine Material and close companion; provides defensive support, seals enemy power, and became bound to him after assisting his Divine Fire ignition. 405 575
- Heaven Desolate Battle Halberd [Imitation] — wielded as an extension of his body in large-scale battle. 390
- Rusty Iron Sword — carried during the Eight Regions campaigns. 437
- Golden Dragon Bone Scissor — used to severely injure the fleeing Nine-Headed Golden Lion during their first major battle. 124
Relationships
- Shi Yi — Paternal cousin treated as an elder brother and father figure. Shi Yi hid Shi Hao’s Supreme Bone, repeatedly protected him, trained him, and entrusted him with military authority. 1 170 319
- Qin Yining — Mother. She raised Shi Hao with affection and indulgence, though she can be stern when necessary. 12 220 436
- Nine-Headed Golden Lion — Mount, companion, and fiercely loyal subordinate. The lion states that it will acknowledge only Shi Hao as master. 170 283
- Little Pagoda — Bound companion and Immortal Seed Divine Material. It advises, protects, and frequently scolds Shi Hao. 405 472 620
- Xia Youyu — Senior sister at Mending Heaven Pavilion who defended Shi Hao after he subdued the Seven-Colored Giant Python. 111
- Shi Potian — Shi Yi’s trusted subordinate and a fellow Shi clansman; serves alongside Shi Hao during the Yan Huang Empire’s campaigns. 434
- Qin Changsheng — Undying Heavenly Venerate who invited Shi Hao to become Immortality Mountain’s Holy Son. 366
Story Role / Major Arcs
Mending Heaven Pavilion and Hundred Shattered Mountains

He explores the medicine garden with Shi Yi, gathers ancient spirit medicines under domain suppression, and encounters the Undying Divine Spring. 155 156 159
Ancient God Mountain Challenge
Shi Hao openly challenges the guardians of Ancient God Mountain, becoming the first human to do so. He defeats most challengers, including the Heavenly Human Race’s God Mountain Guardian after a ten-day battle of endurance. 276 281 283
The challenge establishes his reputation among the humanoid beast races and clears the Nine-Headed Golden Lion’s name. 281
General Who Pacifies the North
Shi Yi appoints Shi Hao General Who Pacifies the North, giving him a million-strong army to sweep through the Great Wilderness. Shi Hao proves capable in command despite his lack of previous military experience. 319
He is later made Great General and charged with pacifying the Eight Regions’ ferocious beasts while seeking lasting peace rather than mere conquest. 436
Eight Regions Unification
As the Yan Huang Empire expands, Shi Hao becomes its primary military force. His ruthlessness earns him the name Eight Regions First Killing God, while Shi Yi and Qin Yining restrain his harsher impulses and preserve the Human Emperor’s public legitimacy. 449 487 527
He also serves as referee for the World's First Martial Arts Tournament, protecting its fairness through uncompromising enforcement. 493
Immortal Path
After a century of growth, Shi Hao challenges Shi Yi as an equal in cultivation realm and reveals his newly created Using the Body as a Seed system. 562
He later risks his life by using the Three Thousand Eight Hundred Bluestone Ancient Roads as a furnace, burning his body and primordial spirit with the Ten Thousand Daos to surpass his limits. Shi Yi ultimately saves him with the Unceasing Growth of the Willow Deity Method. 579 580
Shi Hao reaches the threshold of immortality, becomes a True Immortal, and continues fighting opponents far above his realm, including Immortal King Pan Wang. 638 661
Trivia
- Shi Hao’s name is sometimes teased by Stone Village residents, leading to the nickname “Shi Ri Tian.” 85
- He values precious bones and Treasure Techniques more highly than romance. 460 613
- Shi Hao repeatedly seeks Shi Yi’s acknowledgment, not merely victory; he wants to prove that he can become Shi Yi’s right-hand man. 461
- Although he causes frequent trouble, Shi Hao recognizes this flaw himself and claims that he does not do it intentionally. 343
