"Hey, Rocks, look around!! Out on the sea!!" John shouted in surprise as he looked over the water. "It's the Navy."

"Looks like we're surrounded."

A massive fleet of warships had gathered on the sea, with strength already comparable to a Buster Call. They surged over the horizon and immediately sealed off the island completely.

Rocks wore a disdainful smile. "Hahaha! Now this is trouble~!!"

"Boys, now isn't the time to be fighting among yourselves! Set sail, now!!"

"They came pretty fast! Could the information have leaked?" Newgate calmly watched the Navy warships surrounding them. It seemed as though all of this had been premeditated.

Suddenly, Rocks seemed to think of something and changed his mind. "No, no, we're not setting sail. We're preparing to attack!!"

"Sink them. Plunder them."

One pirate ship faced an entire fleet, and in the end, Rocks claimed victory with unstoppable force.

Their strength made the entire world tremble.

The Rocks Pirates had been established for only two years, yet they already had sixteen recorded attacks, seventy-six ships sunk, fourteen ports burned down, five towns destroyed, and one country dismantled!

There were three special criminal incidents violating World Law Article 18, along with twenty-five criminal records that had been erased!

Across the entire sea, the name that inspired the greatest fear was not Roger's pirate crew, who would later become the Pirate King's crew, but the Rocks Pirates. These past few years had been Rocks' era.

Looking at the ruined warships before him, Rocks smiled disdainfully. "Everyone, our next stop is the Giant Kingdom. I'll definitely make Harald join my crew."

Many Countries underwent another year of development, and the entire nation was flourishing. The once-busy Lingling had also become much more relaxed.

Taking advantage of this opportunity, Lingling, Milim, and Gloriosa planned to visit the legendary Giant Kingdom, Elbaf, which they had long wanted to see.

"El, Ruka, Many Countries will be in your hands while we're gone." Charlotte Lingling put her captain's hat back on and bid farewell to El and the others with a brilliant smile.

El looked serious. "Leave it to us."

Charlotte Lingling smiled, then turned and boarded the Demon King. Milim and Gloriosa had long been waiting for Lingling aboard the ship!

Milim sat in Gloriosa's arms, playing with the Minecraft Game Console developed by Vegapunk. Only after seeing Lingling board did she put the Game Console away.

"Woohoo! Lingling, we can finally sail together again." Milim had an excited smile on her face. Ever since establishing Many Countries, Lingling had barely rested for even a few days. This journey to Elbaf could be said to have been planned specifically for Lingling.

"Yeah! I really can't wait to see what the Giant Kingdom of Albarf looks like!!" Charlotte Lingling bent down and stroked Milim's head as she said with a smile, "Maybe this time we'll really meet Giant King Harald, who is rarely in his country!"

"There's no need to care about that. As long as we have fun, that's all that matters." Milim did not care much about whether they would meet Giant King Harald or not, and she sucked down the juice Gloriosa handed her in one gulp.

Time returned to when Harald came into conflict with a World Government Agent.

The World Government Agent shouted at Harald with an arrogant expression, "Stop pretending. Leave at once, Harald."

"To us, non-member nations are lawless zones. The people there have no human rights."

Harald's face was filled with rage. Veins bulged on the hand gripping his greatsword as he shouted furiously at the Agent, "There shouldn't be such a rule! The World Government is not the law of the world."

"Release those people! When Elbaf was suffering from famine, this country helped us without asking for anything in return! They are our friendly nation! They are our benefactors!!"

The captured people were covered in tears of fear as they shouted toward Harald, their only hope now, "King Harald, save us!!"

Harald's gaze became increasingly grave, and increasingly resolute. "Now is the time for us to repay their kindness. I will never back down here."

The World Government Agent still wore a disdainful smile. He had no regard at all for this Giant King who had once bowed his head to the World Government. "Harald—if I must put it bluntly, your Elbaf is merely a nation hoping to become a member."

The World Government Agent's tone carried a threat. "If you help us, then fine. But if you dare shelter a non-member nation—"

"Then forget about ever becoming a member."
