Background / History

Lu Ban was an ordinary transmigrant for three months before receiving a belated system. He selected Director as his profession because it encompassed writing, screenwriting, and creation, fitting his wish to adapt works from his former world. His initial panel notably rated his Appearance at 90 and Luck at 20. 1

The system’s novice missions introduced him to the Silent Land and its supernatural threats. Rather than retreating from the unknown, Lu Ban began studying folklore, collecting recordings, buying practical equipment, and turning mission footage into films. His Silent Land explorations brought him into the Ruined Capital, Wa Island, the Wasteland, and the Night Country.
