Background

Before becoming a Chosen of the Gods, Trist was an ordinary police officer. A mistake led to his dismissal, after which The Silent Land selected him and he chose the [Detective] profession. His career-development missions involved solving cases and eventually establishing the Trist Detective Agency in the Ruined Capital. 220

The Black Mother's influence repeatedly destabilizes him, including attempts to make him commit suicide. Lu Ban intervenes on multiple occasions, and Trist ultimately deploys [Simulated Sunflare] against a colossal supernatural threat. 72 75 79

Gudu and the Ruined Capital Investigation

The Glass Flower Murders
