When Locke contacted Queen Ayla, she was riding a stag bearing a Star Ring emblem, apparently inspecting a territory in the High Elf Grand World.
She was dressed for battle in silver-white armor, a silver blade in hand. She plunged it into a demon's abdomen, hoisted him into the air, then flung him aside.
In the sky behind Queen Ayla, Locke saw a continent flowing with blood and flames.
The continent seemed to be right on the High Elf Grand World's planar orbit through the void.
Queen Ayla looked at Locke. "My great breeder, on behalf of Arthas, I'm delighted to see you again. Don't be surprised. This is [plane convergence]. The High Elf Grand World and the Nine Hells have intersecting orbits in the void. The Nine Hells constantly shifts its position at will through the infinite void. It's probably just passing our world by."
"They may be looking for some target in this region of the void. They shouldn't dare invade the High Elf Grand World. They don't have what it takes."
