"Is this inn?"
Miss Aurora shook her head slightly.
"I don't know. Emma, are you saying that when this place was chosen, it had already fallen within that fortune-teller's calculations? Oh, I don't know much about the power of space. Just tell me what happened here. Where did Shade, Megan, and the others go?"
"Spatial replication."
Miss Sylvia softly voiced her conclusion:
"An existing space was copied and projected elsewhere. Space and inanimate matter can both be copied this way, but relics, living people, and items possessing extremely powerful supernatural forces cannot. The inn we are in now should be the copy; the one they are in is the original."
"You mean—"
Miss Aurora's eyes widened slightly.

That is why I said this was such an impressive method. Could that fortune-teller have predicted, a hundred years ago, that this would happen at 7:48 PM on the twenty-first day of the Month of Rain Prayer in the year 1854? Had he been laying plans for tonight a century ago?"

The Return Charm took effect, and her figure instantly vanished from the basement. But when Miss Aurora brought the other sorceresses to the 1st Floor, they still saw the black-haired witch there.
"It doesn't work."
Miss Sylvia said:
"Although this charm can guarantee that I return to the inn, it does not return me to the inn where Shade is, but to this inn. As expected, it isn't
