Background

Ye Wuyue was a mature soul from another world. Orphaned in childhood and later supporting himself through school, he developed a strong desire for a stable family life and a habit of relentless self-improvement. He was transported to the shinobi world after collapsing from overwork during an online class. 29

Arriving as a soul, Ye Wuyue received System compensation that included Flowing Blade, Like Fire and a Hollow Mask. After surviving the Nine-Tails incident, he entered infant Sasuke Uchiha's body and merged with Sasuke's soul, along with a portion of Indra's chakra. The Shinigami Check-In System then activated and granted him a method to cultivate Spiritual Pressure. 3 19
