Death wanted to ask that too. Leaving the battlefield at a critical moment was one thing, but he had actually gone to help the enemy deal with Billy, a seed with such potential. Was he really on their side?

Death had no idea how many times she had regretted bringing this guy along. It was utterly maddening.

Wade's response was that life was already hard enough. Wasn't working two jobs perfectly reasonable?

Putting that aside for now, after Wade left Silent Hill, everyone present froze for a moment. Van Helsing scratched his head and said, "Would attacking now be a little dishonorable?"

Set was delighted when he heard that and was about to say something when Van Helsing suddenly raised both hands. Countless light arrows whistled forth in a dense barrage, enveloping everyone except Rose.

"Is this what you call superheroes? Why are you even more underhanded than us villains? One second you say it would be dishonorable to win, and the next you launch a sneak attack?"

Alesha cursed loudly and immediately summoned Triangle Head in front of her. Triangle Head swung his greatsword, blocking all the light arrows ahead.

This Triangle Head was still Andrew, though only a projection of his power. His strength was roughly at the Divine level, not yet at the Skyfather level.

Set and the High Priestess each used their own methods to block the light arrows. Set was fine, but the High Priestess was directly pierced through several times. Her strength was still far too low.

"This is called taking the villain's path and leaving villains with nowhere to go."

Soldier Boy smiled slightly and hurled his shield with all his strength. It passed through space and cut the High Priestess in two. She fell to the ground, her face full of disbelief.
