Minato is a patient instructor who softens disagreements within his squad. Meeting Shigure

Minato and his squad notice Shigure racing through Konoha and follow him out of curiosity. The pursuit exposes Minato’s Flying Thunder God chakra flow, allowing Shigure to copy its first stage. At the training ground, Minato saves Katsuhira from Shigure’s attack, learns of Shigure’s connection to Hiruzen, and later prevents a confrontation between him and Kakashi 29 30 33 34.

Rōran and the Lost Tower

Assigned to investigate Rōran with Shiyu and Kakashi, Minato encounters a future Naruto and identifies Mukade’s use of the Dragon Vein. He and Shiyu attack a factory staffed by enslaved citizens, then combine Flying Thunder God and Rasengan to destroy thousands of puppet soldiers. The assault leaves Minato severely exhausted, and Shiyu rescues him when a giant puppet captures him 99 101 102 103.

Naruto’s Birth and the Nine-Tails Attack

As Fourth Hokage, Minato is present for Naruto’s birth. The masked man uses the infant as a hostage to separate him from Kushina, then extracts the Nine-Tails.
