Background / History

Yasuo was previously the King of the Adel Empire and a Legendary Knight. He later entered the divine realm and became the God of Death. 746 854

His early divinity centered on Slaughter. After spreading a Slaughter System that enabled humanity to repel Demonic Beasts, he recognized that Slaughter alone was unstable: prolonged slaughter would eventually destroy the world that sustained it. He therefore incorporated Death into his Divine Domain, becoming the God of Slaughter and Death. 801

Death proved to be a broader Authority than Slaughter. His accumulated experience with death—gained through repeated deaths across other worlds—allowed him to comprehend it at an exceptional pace. His ascension transformed his body into a body of law and made him a true Seventh Tier Deity. 818 819

Following his ascension, he used his authority to eliminate rival chosen ones competing for the Goddess of Destiny's inheritance, ensuring Mar's victory as its sole successor. 854

The God of Death is consistently calm, restrained, and difficult to provoke. Even when facing the King of Earth Demons—an Eighth Tier master of the Abyss World—he chose not to begin a battle he judged unfavorable, instead demanding an explanation and withdrawing strategically. 901

He is also highly calculating. His apparent confrontation with Adel during the Material World's crisis was part of a wider arrangement to secure the World Consciousness' recognition and establish himself as the Material World's foremost deity. 897

As ruler, he favors order over indiscriminate suppression. Rather than allowing the revived Gods to wage wars over faith, he expanded the Material World's population and resources, then imposed rules intended to ease competition among divine factions. 905
