Background / History
Zhunti and Jieyin were drawn to Xuande's place of Form Transformation by the aura of the Merit Golden Lotus, initially believing they had discovered a powerful fated spiritual treasure. Zhunti was openly excited by the opportunity, but quickly became cautious when Xuande emerged as a cultivator whose realm surpassed their own. 2
After Xuande disclosed that he was an Innate Golden Lotus, Zhunti and Jieyin invited him to Mount Sumeru. Zhunti accepted Xuande's condition that he visit as a guest rather than a disciple, recognizing the value of establishing a cooperative relationship with a cultivator whose Dao was deeply compatible with the West. 3
With Xuande, Zhunti helped formulate the plan to repair the West's Earth Veins. He immediately understood the practical value of recruiting Zhenyuanzi and Hongyun, then served as a guide, magical-power support, and student of Zhenyuanzi's Earth Qi restoration techniques. 7 9 10 13

He welcomed Xuande as family and pledged to work with him to prosper the West. 27
