History
Founding era and early calamities
Great God Pangu is revered as the creator god who opened the Primordial World. In its earliest recorded era, Ancestor Dragon, Primordial Phoenix, and First Kirin jointly ruled it, each possessing Quasi-Saint cultivation 1 445.
The Dragon, Phoenix, and Qilin races later fought a devastating war that shattered their power. The Dragon Clan withdrew to the East Sea Abyss, the Phoenix Race suppressed Buzhou Mountain, and First Kirin transformed into Qilin Cliff to safeguard the surviving Qilin 1.
The War of Dao and Demon followed immediately. Demon Ancestor Luohu detonated the Western World's ley lines with the Immortal Slaying Sword Formation, while Dao Ancestor Hongjun ultimately defeated him. Hongjun became the Heavenly Dao's spokesperson and assumed control of the Primordial World; afterward, the Three Thousand Innate Gods gradually developed sentience and took form 1.
Rival powers and expanding order
The Yao Race Heavenly Court claimed the heavens while the Witch Race held the earth, leaving the remaining races fragmented between their competing spheres of influence 24.
The establishment of the Earth Dao and the Six Paths of Reincarnation further completed the world's rules and laws. Houtu became Empress Pingxin, Master of the Six Paths of Reincarnation, rather than remaining an Ancestral Witch 86.
The world repeatedly faced external and internal threats. Old Ancestor Yangmei attacked its World Barrier from Outside the Chaos, prompting Dao Ancestor Hongjun to intervene 30. The evil thoughts of the Three Thousand Chaos Demon Gods later sought to seize Heavenly Dao authority through the world's Origin, while surviving Chaos Demon Gods continued to covet the world from the Chaos Void 303.
Reincarnation era and ascent
During East King Duke's conflict with God Punishing Dao Venerable, the Origin of the Primordial Continent and its beings was absorbed into the Heavenly Burial Demonic Domain, allowing that domain to evolve fully into a Chaos World 246.
After the Reincarnation Alliance's power was refined and incorporated, the Primordial World experienced widespread growth: its beings gained greater chances at enlightenment, while the Great Dao orders of newly ascended powers fed back into the world 781.
East King Duke then ordered all beings to return to the Primordial World and announced his intention to lead the entire world into the Hongmeng World 782. Its ascent required the combined Great Dao protection of East King Duke, Dao Ancestor Hongjun, and other Great Powers; without it, the world and its inhabitants would have been destroyed in the unknown space between worlds 784.
Structure and Administration
Mythical World
After the fusion, the Mythical World was centered on the Primordial Ancient Land. Its wider structure included twelve Chaos Worlds surpassing the limits of Perfection and five Dao Domains ruled by the Primordial Five Primes 807.
The Primordial Ancient Land emerged with the East Sea as its center and the Three Immortal Islands as its core. The Hongmeng Immortal Palace subsequently became the Hongmeng Immortal Court, intended to command the four seas and five continents 791.
Hongmeng Immortal Court
Great Powers gathered at Penglai Immortal Island for the Hongmeng Immortal Court's establishment after East King Duke attained the Hongmeng Ancestral Realm 807. By the end of its founding ceremony, twelve Domain Lords and the Three Mansions' Auxiliary Dao Saints had been enfeoffed 809.
