Background / History

Siming is the mixed-blood son of an Uchiha father and a Senju mother. As a teenager, he spent much of his time in the nearly abandoned Senju Clan compound, where he preferred sunbathing to conventional Uchiha duties. His Uchiha heritage nevertheless remained central to his identity, and he rejected Fugaku’s later proposal that he adopt the Senju surname for political advantage. 1 3 73

During the escalating conflict between Konoha and the Uchiha Clan, Siming refused alignment with either the Hawk or Dove factions. He proposed that the clan establish an independent power base strong enough to restrain its internal hardliners and alter its relationship with the village. His intervention in clan meetings, support for Yashiro, and willingness to confront Xianren quickly made him a prominent voice within the clan. 4 7

After awakening Sage Mode, the Sharingan, and Wood Release, Siming became a central figure in confronting Root. He warned Shisui of Danzō’s interest in his Mangekyo Sharingan, gave Shisui and Itachi Flying Thunder God Marks, and eliminated Root operatives who ambushed him. 14 15

Siming entered the Anbu as a squad leader through Asuma Sarutobi’s recommendation, though he primarily used the position to mentor others rather than carry out ordinary missions. His influence shifted Itachi’s loyalties toward the Uchiha Clan and gave Shisui and Itachi hope that the clan’s destruction could be avoided. 16 37

After Danzō’s downfall, Siming demanded compensation for the Uchiha Clan’s grievances and convened the clan in its ancestral hall. Fugaku publicly submitted to him, and Siming became the Uchiha Clan’s absolute authority despite being only fifteen years old. 96 101

When Konoha faced invasion by three great ninja villages, Siming accepted Hiruzen’s request for aid only on his own terms. Many Konoha shinobi and their families followed him, allowing him to establish the Land of God within the Land of Fire. Personality

Siming is openly arrogant, provocative, and dismissive of conventional authority. He insults clan elders, challenges Hyuga Hiashi on Hyuga territory, and treats opponents such as Ōnoki as far beneath him. 4 33 161

Behind that behavior, he is politically calculating. He recognizes that the Uchiha’s survival requires more than rebellion, uses information about Danzō to alter Konoha’s power balance, and negotiates compensation and territorial concessions for the clan. 7 37 95

He is fiercely protective of people he considers his own. He intervenes against Hyuga discrimination toward Neji, prepares Naruto to avoid being bullied, warns Shisui about Root, and repeatedly trains allies to strengthen the Land of God. 14 35 40 73

Siming pursues evolution without hesitation and turns defeated Ōtsutsuki into Chakra Fruits, yet he is not uniformly merciless: he spares Killer B after sealing Gyuki and leaves him a portion of the Eight-Tails’ chakra. 109 230
