Cosmology

The Primordial World is a Great Thousand World created when Pangu split heaven and earth. Pangu's transformation into all things was intended to complete and strengthen the initially low-ranked world, preparing it for the threat of wars between great worlds. 112 186

Its cultivation, spiritual resources, and political order are shaped by the Heavenly Dao. Saints entrust their Primordial Spirits to the Heavenly Dao, gaining immortality while acting on heaven's behalf. 59

Governing Orders

Heavenly Dao

The Heavenly Dao governs the world's mandate, recognizes or suppresses emerging realms, and determines much of its broader destiny. Its Eye appeared when the Three Immortal Islands began to develop independent Heavenly Dao rules, regarding the new realm as a threat until its nascent Dao was absorbed. 108 109

Hongjun merged with the Dao to perfect the Heavenly Dao after the Dao-Demon conflict, becoming heavily constrained by it despite attaining sainthood. 207

Earthly Dao

The Earthly Dao was established when Houtu transformed herself into the Six Paths of Reincarnation. It governs death, rebirth, and the Underworld, standing only slightly below the Heavenly Dao in status. 126 130

Its principal figures include Saint Pingxin, Lord of the Earthly Dao, and Great Emperor Fengdu, who oversees the Underworld. 127 130

Great Dao

The Great Dao stands above the Heavenly Dao. Its first recorded manifestation in the Primordial World occurred during Houtu's establishment of reincarnation, when the three thousand Great Daos formed immense eyes and even the Heavenly Dao's manifestation stood aside. 127

History

Creation and the Early Era

Pangu created the Primordial World by splitting heaven and earth. His body and legacy became integral parts of the new world, including Buzhou Mountain, which formed from his spine. 23 112

Innate Divine Beings emerged throughout the world as it developed. The Dragon, Phoenix, and Kirin tribes eventually began expanding for control of the world's destiny, initiating the Dragon-Han Tribulation. 6 11

Dao-Demon Conflict

The Mo Race exploited the conflict among the three primordial tribes, escalating the catastrophe into a war between Dao and Demon. 29 30

Luohu's final self-destruction devastated Mount Sumeru, ancestor of the western spiritual veins. The resulting destruction caused earth veins to explode across the western continent and dissipated vast quantities of Innate Spiritual Qi. 37

Rise of Saints and New Races

Hongjun became the first Saint, an event that further perfected the Primordial World and caused its destiny to flourish. The path of cultivation became smoother for ordinary beings over time. 49 59

The Witch Clan arose near Buzhou Mountain from Pangu's essence blood. The Twelve Ancestral Witches possessed extraordinarily powerful bodies and law-controlling abilities but lacked Primordial Spirits. 39 40

Nuwa later created the Human Race from Three Lights Divine Water and Nine Heavens Breathing Soil, establishing a race that would eventually become the world's eternal protagonist. 98 163

Witch-Demon Calamity and Reconstruction

The Witch and Demon Races fought a world-shaking war that culminated in the collapse of Buzhou Mountain. With the Heavenly Pillar destroyed, the land cracked, the Four Seas churned, the heavens broke, and Weak Water flooded the world. 147

East King Duke and Nuwa helped mend the heavens, after which Hongjun divided the shattered Primordial Continent into the East Victory Divine Continent, South Continent of Jambudvipa, West Ox Continent, and North Kuru Continent. The Four Seas became the boundaries between them. 149

The surviving Witch and Demon peoples withdrew from the central stage of the Primordial World, while the Human Race's destiny continued to rise. 149 152

Era of the Human Race

Hongjun declared that the Human Race would remain the eternal protagonist of the Great Desolation. Human co-rulers were established to consolidate and suppress the race's destiny. 163

The Human Race flourished through the Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors, developing cities, administration, agriculture, animal domestication, music, and the Eight Trigrams. 168

Foreign Incursion

The Land of Guixu became the entry point for foreign cultivators from other great worlds in Chaos. Guda and Jie arrived through formations beneath the Sea of Nothingness, altered their auras to resemble native Quasi-Saints, and departed to establish influence in the west and east. 176

Hongjun later confirmed that outsiders had descended into the Primordial World and predicted that a larger foreign calamity would arrive within one hundred thousand years. 186
