Background

Donghua emerged from his transformation following the retreat of the Dragon, Phoenix, and Qilin Clans. He declared himself East King Duke and received the Dao name Donghua, a name bestowed by heaven and earth in accordance with his innate roots. His companion treasures, the Jingyang Bell and Pure Yang Daoist Robe, arrived immediately after his declaration. 2

He claimed Zifu Continent by refining the core of its Innate Great Array, gaining command over its concealed heavenly secrets, spiritual veins, and inhabitants. Rather than establish a force in the East Sea, he traveled its waters, eliminating karma-laden creatures whose greed and slaughter prolonged the remnants of past calamities. 2

After spending ten thousand years comprehending the formation around Penglai Immortal Island, Donghua entered the island and began accumulating opportunities that reshaped his path: the Jade Disk of Creation Fragment, the Stream of Time, and the Lesser Yang Origin within the Fusang Tree of Tang Valley. His seizure of Tang Valley brought him into direct conflict with Di Jun. 3 6 7 10 12

Donghua later crossed paths with Jumang of the Twelve Ancestor Witches. His Lesser Yang Law overcame Jumang’s Wood Law, restoring a devastated battlefield into a flourishing immortal realm. Rather than deepen the conflict, Donghua explained the destruction of the Western earth veins and urged Jumang to repair them. 15 16
