History

Angel Civilization established diplomatic cooperation with the Shenhe Civilization during the latter's existence. The Shenhe Emperor arranged a marriage between Prince Su Xinghe and Hexi, binding the two powers through a marriage alliance. The sudden fall of Shenhe Civilization later became a major concern for Keisha and Hexi, especially because it was publicly linked to the Void. 1 3 6

After the Three Kings Era, Keisha withdrew many veteran Angels from public service to preserve the civilization's foundation. Angel City retained roughly 30,000 regular guards and extensive defensive infrastructure, while many older Angels remained in reserve. 17

Keisha anticipated that her removal from active leadership would expose Angel Civilization to hostile forces. She chose Yan as acting queen and eventual successor, while Hexi was expected to protect Angel City and guide the younger generation. 6 27 32

Following Keisha's offline status, Yan formally inherited command of Angel Civilization. The civilization immediately faced renewed pressure from Hua Ye, Angel Ruoning, Death God Karl, and the possibility of attacks by the Triangular Body and other ancient enemies. 35 41 45

During Hua Ye's black-hole crisis, Hexi chose to enter the black hole and dismantle it in order to buy time for Angel Civilization. She ordered all critical defensive lines placed on alert and instructed Angels to exhaust the Heavenly Scum Legion through defensive mechanisms rather than engage directly. 46

Order of Justice

The Order of Justice is Angel Civilization's long-standing governing doctrine, enforced under Keisha for more than 10,000 years. It shapes Angel policy toward warfare, intervention, and the use of dangerous technology. 6 15

Keisha's prolonged protection also created a weakness: younger Angels had become accustomed to relying on her decisions rather than developing their own political judgment. Her retirement was intended to correct this dependence, despite the risks to the civilization. 32

Guardian Angels and Male Gods

Guardian Angel bonds are used to pair Angels with compatible Male Gods and strengthen political or genetic alliances. Angel Yan was originally designated for Galaxy Power, but Keisha reassigned that future match to Angel Leng after Su Xinghe's appearance made direct cooperation with Shenhe possible. 11 16

The civilization's Angel culture is predominantly female. Retired Angels number in the millions, but Angels with Male Gods comprise fewer than 2% of that population. 11
