Sabaody Archipelago

Yoru selected Inabi to test the strength of pirate captain “Bone Crusher” Bard. Inabi killed Bard with the Great Dragon Fire Technique, demonstrating that the Uchiha’s training had made him far stronger than ordinary pirates. 37

After separating from the group, Inabi acquired En'yōmaru from a weapon shop by defeating a local gang. The encounter confirmed the growth of his physical strength and gave him the weapon that would become central to his combat style. 38

Inabi later intervened in Saint Charlos’s public torture of Fishman captives. He mercifully killed the dying Fishman Boys, fought the Celestial Dragon’s guards, and challenged the arriving CP0 agents despite being pressured by their superior Armament Haki. 45 46 He joined Shisui’s retreat by carrying rescued captives after the confrontation escalated into an incident against the World Government. 47

During Akainu’s attack on Itachi, Inabi charged the Admiral with En'yōmaru but was badly injured by Akainu’s Hell Hound. He later attacked Kizaru with Flame Stream: Severing Sky, but Kizaru evaded the slash and incapacitated him with a light-speed kick. 54 60

Return to Konoha

After the Uchiha Clan’s return to Konoha, Inabi attempted to detain the returning Jiraiya for questioning. Jiraiya easily defeated him, highlighting Inabi’s continuing weakness in experience and emotional control despite his growth in power. 95

Demon Slayer World

Yoru sent Inabi to the Demon Slayer World specifically to create the extreme emotional conditions needed for his Mangekyō Sharingan awakening. 109

Inabi intervened in Rengoku’s battle against Akaza. Empowered by the Wrath Fruit, he forced Akaza into retreat and later killed the Upper Rank Three by repeatedly burning through his regeneration with Haki-enhanced flames. 111 112
