Although Patri Vic's punch landed, it meant nothing to Garp.

"My Haki is still too weak," Patri Vic clenched his fist helplessly.

"Vic, want to join our Navy!" Garp asked, approaching Vic step by step.

On the other side, Patri Vic and Garp's battle was raging.
