Background / History
Emperor's Tomb Village was the last piece of pure land in the Monster World not consumed by the Black Tide. Di Zhao left his origin there, and the four loyal servants retreated to the village after their defeat, opening a forbidden seal and hiding within it. The Black Tide later engulfed the village; Qi Sheng crossed into the Monster World during this crisis and inherited Di Zhao's power. 20
The four servants had previously infused their remaining Sacrificial Power into the village, once raising its controllable reserves beyond 80 million. This allowed Qi Sheng to conceal Di Zhao's aura while operating outside the village, though the concealment consumed more than 1,000 Sacrificial Power per second. 22
After Qi Sheng and the servants established the Challenger Plan, Emperor's Tomb Village became the foundation for recruiting players from other worlds, generating Sacrificial Power, and resisting the Black Tide. 20

| Main-city reconstruction | 142 | Sacrificial Power rebuilt the formerly sparse village into a five-district city with East, South, West, North, and Central districts. 142 |
Appearance
Following its main-city reconstruction, Emperor's Tomb Village became a large urban hub built from a blend of modern Earth, ancient Earth, and alien architectural styles. A bright artificial sun appeared above the city during the transformation. 142
- Five major districts: East, South, West, North, and Center. 142
- Towering buildings and extensive streets; later described as a super-metropolis. 476
- Players of many races travel through the city in vehicles, including airborne vehicles that leave trails of light. 476
- Its spiritual-energy density eventually increased tenfold. 361
- The surrounding Emperor's Tomb Mountain Range remains a dark battlefield shaped by corpses, ruins, Black Tide Evil Spirits, and the Evil Moon. 96
Functions
Resurrection and Flesh Reconstruction
Player resurrection is processed through a coordinated system centered on Emperor's Tomb Village. Hyperdimension's All Things Extraction refines a deceased player's matter, Yan Ming returns it through the spatial system, and the village's territory trait reshapes the body at a 1:1 ratio before Guider restores the Data System. 24
- Reshaping begins at a fixed cost of 10 Sacrificial Power, regardless of a player's monster-form level. 24
- Reconstructed players are teleported to the village resurrection point. 24
- Complete death removes foreign, non-player-system influences from the body; negative emotions and memories are purified while original memories remain intact. 247
- Players can self-destruct to evade permanent sealing or capture, allowing their consciousness to return to the village resurrection space. 756
Sacrificial Power Economy
Emperor's Tomb Village collects Sacrificial Power from player activity. A recorded sacrifice of Valley Grass gave 155.7 Sacrificial Power, of which 30% was drawn before the challenger received the remainder. 11
- Spending on Star Veins, Souls, Body Tempering, mall items, and player transactions generates commissions. 55
- Player-crafted weapons still yield revenue when their materials originate from the mall. 55
- The Gloomy Cave integration improved mining efficiency, indirectly increasing Sacrificial Power income through player wealth and spending. 55
- Qi Sheng later planned trading-post functions to facilitate player commerce and taxation. 55
Spatial Transportation
The village connects players to other regions through spatial infrastructure.
- The Teleportation Plaza opened in the East District during version 1.6, enabling cross-regional travel through linked teleportation nodes. 96
- Travel to Colorful Mist Coast required 5 Sacrificial Power per use, helping offset the array's continuous maintenance cost. 96
- Gloomy Cave can be entered directly through the village's southern entrance. 55
- The village serves as the primary return point for players withdrawing from distant battlefields and exploration zones. 204 756
