History

Laplace, a half-blood of the Dragon and Demon races, was originally an orphan who was adopted by the First Dragon God and later became one of the Five Dragon Generals. Following the Human God’s deception and the murder of Laplace’s foster mother Lunaria, the First Dragon God destroyed several realms in rage, including the Demon Realm 510.

Laplace later became known as the Demon Dragon King. After his soul and memories were divided, they became the first-ranked Skill God and the fourth-ranked Demon God among the Seven Great Powers 510.

In a later era, Badigandi—described as a Demon King representing wisdom among Demons—travels from the Demon Continent to challenge Rudeus. Having only recently resurrected, he is noted to be below his former peak strength 532.

Demon Eyes are specialized ocular powers associated with the Demon Realm.

• Randolph’s Kong Absolute Eye suppresses Demon power to the point that Wood cannot use his own Demon magic while affected 523.
• Wood considers seeking out an unnamed Demon Realm Emperor in hopes of obtaining a Demon Eye after witnessing the Kong Absolute Eye’s effect 523.
