Hell's Chains
The Chains, as dense as a jungle, instantly separated the four people. The Chains of Hell began to wrap around their bodies, and if this continued, they would be completely locked up by Hell.
With four different spiritual pressures erupting simultaneously, Urahara and Ukitake broke through the Chains of Hell, while Tsuna and Ichigo were even more decisive, severing the Chains Hell that blocked their path.
The four reunited, leaning against each other back to back, bracing themselves against the surrounding Chains of Hell.
"Something's wrong, charge out!" Urahara Kisuke, in command, quickly issued the order.
"Stay close to me!"
A six-pointed star pattern of the Quincy Cross appeared behind Tsuna, and the position of the six-pointed star rotated to the location of the stream. Pale blue Flame of Stream covered Tsuna's left arm, and a drill-shaped piece of equipment appeared in Tsuna's hand.
The characteristic of Flame of Stream is its penetrating power; even a small stream can penetrate an incredibly solid mountain. Flame of Stream is most suitable for situations where one is surrounded.
As soon as Tsuna finished speaking, a thin stream wrapped around the drill bit, and a terrifying spiral force gathered at the tip of the drill bit. The drill bit was raised above his head, and Tsuna transformed into a pale blue streak of light and rushed up.
Urahara and the other two followed closely behind, escaping the Chains by following the hole Tsuna rushed out of.
"What happened?" Ichigo asked, looking at the scene beneath his feet. Countless Chains surged out of the ground like mad snakes, creaking and thrashing wildly. Beneath their feet was a "snake pit" formed by Hell Chains.
"Is it that Hell doesn't want us to leave, or...?" Ukitake asked.
No one answered Ukitake's question. Suddenly, thin threads extended from Urahara's body, tied to Ukitake's body, and pulled Ukitake towards him.
Tsuna then launched a water drill directly at Ukitake's location.
Was Tsuna being controlled? That was Ukitake's first thought, but he quickly dismissed it. If even Tsuna could be controlled, they might as well just wait to die.
That's what happened that even Ukitake himself didn't notice. A piercing sound came, and only then did Ukitake realize that a large green hand had appeared where he had been standing. Tsuna's attack had pierced right through that hand.
Upon closer inspection, the owner of the hand was a complete monster, somewhat resembling a Void, but instead of Hollow Hole, it had a green ring attached to its shoulder.
As Tsuna took action, Ichigo reacted and turned around to unleash a Getsuga Tensho, sending the monster trapped under the Chains.
"When did that thing appear?" Ukitake asked with lingering fear. As the person covering the rear, he was constantly paying attention to everything around him. Neither spiritual pressure nor killing intent should have escaped his perception.
"That thing doesn't have spiritual pressure." Tsuna explained to Ukitake in one sentence, "Unlike the werewolf before, whose skeleton always carried a trace of Reishi, Ichigo was able to locate it through his spiritual network, but this monster's spiritual network is useless."
"We only detected its presence visually," Urahara Kisuke added. Luckily, he and Tsuna had good teamwork, otherwise Ukitake would have been in serious trouble from that attack.
"So that means it was created purely from Resentment? It seems someone doesn't want us to leave Hell." Ukitake opened his Impermanence Diagram again, which was covered with dense marks of Chains, making it almost impossible for him to deal with it.
"Shall we go, or wait?" Tsuna asked. He had told Urahara that he would follow orders throughout the entire operation.
"Ichigo, the way back is in the sky, right?" Urahara confirmed the route.
"Yes, if all else fails, we'll just charge up."
"Tsuna is using the stream to clear a path; we shouldn't linger here!" Urahara decisively issued the order.
However, before Tsuna could even make a move, he heard a chilling voice say, "Gentlemen of the Bleach, you've come all this way, won't you stay a little longer before you leave?"
The ice and snow, mixed with the low temperature, spread out from Tsuna. Using the freezing low temperature of the Glacier Flame, Tsuna quickly located the person who was speaking.
He raised his hand and fired a Red Fire Cannon, breaking the Chains of Hell and revealing the person hiding behind them.
"It's been a long time, Bleach."
"Who is he?" Ichigo looked at the person with a bit of a clue and asked the question without thinking. Not only had Ichigo never seen him before, but Urahara and Ukitake had also never seen Szayelaporro. Urahara had only learned about the existence of this Espada from Tsuna's abstract descriptions.
Just as the other party was about to lose his temper, he heard Tsuna introduce him, "Szayelaporro, one of the former Espada."
"I didn't expect you to still remember my name, Sawada Tsunayoshi!"
The person standing before Tsuna and the others was none other than Szayelaporro, one of the few Espada who had died in battle. His current appearance was somewhat different from when he was a Hollow.
Aside from his signature pink hair, he had pale skin all over his body, a pair of ram horns growing from the back of his head, and the Hollow Hole in his chest seemed to be blocked by something. You could vaguely see Chains and will-o'-the-wisps on his body. The most eye-catching thing was the white ring on his back that was larger than his head.
"Of course I remember, I'm the Kurotsuchi Mayuri over."
Tsuna's words completely ignited Szayelaporro's fury. He waved his hand forcefully and roared, "Don't mention that man to me! He'll pay for this one day!"
Mayuri Kurotsuchi Mayuri, killed him out of the same inexplicable reason, and then inexplicably ended up in the hellish place of Hell. Szayelaporro could be said to hate Kurotsuchi Mayuri.
"So, you're the one who orchestrated this incident?" Tsuna asked bluntly.
"An incident? You yourselves provoked monsters from Hell, how can you blame me?"
Seeing Szayelaporro's gaze fixed on the werewolf's defeated position, Tsuna and the others knew that the matter of the Black Blade was most likely unrelated to Szayelaporro.
It seems that Ichigo's battle with the werewolf has attracted Szayelaporro's attention.
"So, what do you want to do by showing up here?" Tsuna continued to ask.
"What am I doing? Of course, as the Lord of Hell, I'm going to give the guests from the outside world a proper welcome!" Szayelaporro was acting like a madman, his body flailing wildly, the Chains around him swaying slightly with his movements.
In Szayelaporro's view, wanting to leave Hell to seek revenge on Kurotsuchi Mayuri was almost a pipe dream, but before encountering Kurotsuchi Mayuri, it wouldn't be a bad thing to collect some interest from Soul Society.
So he used the surrounding Hell Chains to interfere with Tsuna and the others' escape route, and tried to take the opportunity to kill Tsuna.
The moment Szayelaporro's voice fell, several monsters of different colors emerged from behind the Chains. Without exception, they all resembled voids, and like Szayelaporro, they had the same rings on their bodies.
Like Szayelaporro, they were monsters who fell into Hell in illusory forms.
This further confirms that Black Blade's previous intelligence was correct: those with greater strength who fall into Hell can control even stronger Resentment.
Szayelaporro was killed by Kurotsuchi Mayuri not long ago, but in that short time, he built a small organization in Hell and recruited several underlings who would risk their lives for him.
"Go! Kill them!" Szayelaporro said casually.
Tsuna retracted his Quincy powers, not intending to linger with Szayelaporro here. He reached for the two Zanpakuto behind him, ready to unleash his Beyond Bankai at any moment.
Urahara's order to proceed was on the tip of his tongue. Rather than letting Szayelaporro manipulate him, he was more interested in extracting more information from Szayelaporro after capturing him.
Just as the battle between the two sides was about to break out, the monsters that were about to move suddenly stopped.
They all looked to their right, where a sand dune, closer and higher than the one above, appeared. They seemed to see something, and their bodies trembled uncontrollably.
Not only these monsters, but even Szayelaporro's face showed a look of terror. "Damn it, we've run into those damned things again!"
Szayelaporro turned to flee, disregarding even his revenge against Bleach, as if this place were more terrifying than Hell.
We should support what the enemy fears.
Two arrows, one red and one blue Szayelaporro Szayelaporro the left and right respectively in the direction he fled. They weren't very powerful, but enough to hinder his escape.
Forced to a halt by two arrows, Szayelaporro cursed, "Damn Bleach, you're courting death, why drag me down with you!"
Szayelaporro realized with despair that the moment he slowed his pace, the thing that terrified him from the depths of his soul was no longer coming from one direction; he was surrounded from all sides, with no chance of escape!
Szayelaporro's words were not wrong. At the moment he was fleeing for his life, Tsuna and Ichigo attacked at the same time, demonstrating perfect teamwork.
"We are guests, shouldn't you, the master of Hell, stay and be properly entertained?" Tsuna's words were full of sarcasm towards Szayelaporro's initial remarks.
"Ha! You have no idea how terrifying those things are!"
Szayelaporro gave a cold laugh, but beneath it lay endless bitterness. He hadn't been in Hell for very long, and he hadn't even fully grasped the power structure of Hell.
But one rule was ingrained in his soul: never confront those monsters. Those monsters, who couldn't understand human language and only carried out Hell orders, would destroy him time and time again, completely erasing his will.
Once he becomes a walking corpse, the dust beneath his feet will be his only fate.
So, after being resurrected countless times, Szayelaporro cautiously began his new life in Hell. Once again, he gathered a group of weak but cruel Hollows and formed a small team.
By chance, he sensed the Bleach. He thought he could find some fun in this boring and endless life, but unexpectedly, his attack on Ichigo drew out the monster that terrified him.
At this moment, Urahara and his companions also saw what Szayelaporro was afraid of—those countless enormous figures were none other than the Hell Will that had been chasing them all along.
Urahara was immediately puzzled. From Ichigo's words, he knew that the Black Blade was not afraid of these Hell Will at all. So why was Szayelaporro, whose strength was obviously superior to the Black Blade, so afraid of the Hell Will?
Does this prove that Black Blade's ideology has been unknowingly changed by Hell?
