The Threat of the Buster Call

After a fierce battle, Sanji and the others still couldn't rescue Robin. All they could do was watch her leave from the detached train car.

Fortunately, they were saved by the Franky Family.

"I see. So you're here to save people too."

Sanji nodded, lit a cigarette, and fell silent, his expression unusually grim.

"So you've been separated from Luffy and the others," Usopp said. "Can you find them again?"

To save Robin, their strength alone wasn't enough.

"Everyone's goal is the same—head for Judicial Island," one person said. "You can already see the shadow of the Sleepless City."

"Sleepless City?"

"It's always daytime here, so it's called the Sleepless City."

"What a strange place."

Looking at the glowing spot in the distance, Usopp's eyes showed a hint of wonder.

"We found Straw Hat and the others!" someone ran in excitedly.

"Great!"

Sanji's eyes lit up. "Quick, let's rendezvous with them!"

He had crucial information to share with his partners. Without solving this problem, saving Robin wouldn't be easy.

"So I'm about to meet up with Luffy and them..." Usopp pursed his lips and sighed quietly.

No matter what, what had to come would come.

After the two groups met, Usopp and Sanji returned to the Rocket Man's cabin.

Seeing Usopp's appearance, a question mark popped up over Xi Yan's head.

"You..."

That was Usopp, right? With that iconic nose, he couldn't be mistaken.

"Haha, nice to meet you! I'm Sniper King!" Usopp said, hands on his hips. "A friend of Usopp's."

"What's Sniper King?" Chopper asked curiously.

"A hero!"

"Oh!"

"Sniper King!"

Luffy and Chopper both looked at Usopp with admiration, greatly satisfying his vanity.

Xi Yan: ???

What does that mean?

Xi Yan shot a confused look at Sanji, hoping for an explanation.

"So you're Xi Yan," Sanji said.

"Hmm, yeah, that's me."

Seeing that Sanji wasn't going to explain, Xi Yan figured something must have happened and decided not to press further, planning to sort it out after rescuing Robin.

Usopp stopped his antics and stared at Xi Yan with sparkling eyes. "You're that ninja?!"

"Can you show me some ninjutsu?!"

"Nin!"

He had to admit, anyone who could share a ship with Luffy had at least a few things in common.

"Save the ninjutsu show for later," Sanji cut in. "I've got some very important intel to share with you."

"Luffy, come listen too."

Luffy blinked and obediently walked over.

Zoro looked at Sanji curiously. He was about to tease the Color Cook, but seeing the guy's grim expression, he shut his mouth.

"Nami was right earlier," Sanji said gravely. "Robin was threatened and chose to sacrifice herself."

"But there's something we didn't know."

"What is it?"

"The Buster Call!"

"The Buster Call?"

"Yeah, the Buster Call!" Sanji said. "I got this info from CP9. It's a military force made up of five vice admirals and ten Navy warships."

"With that, they can destroy an entire island!"

"And this is what Robin fears."

As he said this, a shadow of gloom flickered in Sanji's eyes. "Robin's hometown was destroyed by that kind of power, and she's the only survivor."

"So that's why Robin was wanted for 79 million berries at just eight years old," Xi Yan said.

"I'm afraid so."

An eight-year-old girl, no matter how formidable, couldn't possibly warrant such a high bounty. The most likely reason was this Buster Call.

"Five Vice Admirals, ten warships..." Chopper's jaw dropped. "And the people on Judicial Island..."

Was this the enemy they'd be facing this time?

"So we need to be mentally prepared," Sanji said.

"So what?" Luffy shot back. "All I know is, if we don't save Robin, she'll be killed."

"No matter who the enemy is, I'll knock them flying!"

In Luffy's eyes, none of that mattered. He only knew that this time, he had to rescue Robin.

Glancing at Luffy as he stomped off in anger, Zoro said, "We decided what we're doing from the start. That's not going to change because of this."

A Buster Call? That couldn't shake their resolve to save a comrade.

"I know that. I'm just saying we should be ready."

"Actually, a Buster Call might not even happen," Nami analyzed. "We're heading to Judicial Island this time, aren't we?"

"They wouldn't launch a Buster Call there."

"This time, the main thing is to save Robin. We'll worry about the Buster Call later."

"We still need to prepare for the enemy launching a Buster Call," Xi Yan said.

Pinning their hopes on the enemy's restraint was irrational.

Since Sanji had brought this intel, they should assume from the start that the enemy would use a Buster Call.

"If they really do launch a Buster Call, I'll find a way to stop them."

He didn't know how strong a Vice Admiral was, but with his current power, he figured he could handle it—though he wasn't sure if all five would attack together.

Sanji shot Xi Yan a surprised look. He hadn't expected such confidence.

He'd never seen the Buster Call's power firsthand, but he could guess the strength of five Vice Admirals.

After all, someone like Smoker was only a captain!

"In that case, let's draw up a plan," Barry said, pulling out a blueprint. "I did maintenance work on Judicial Island before, so I sketched a map."

"Come take a look."

Once everyone gathered around, Barry pointed at the blueprint. "Starting from the Main Gate, there are two Great Gates."

"So my idea is, we go in first and open the gates, then you guys follow on the Rocket Man."

With that, Barry glanced at the Straw Hat Pirates beside him. "The CP9 guys are strong. Only you can handle them."

"So don't waste your energy on this. Leave it to us."

Along the way, Barry had seen the Straw Hat Pirates' strength and knew who the real fighters were.

Xi Yan looked at the blueprint. "How do we open the gates?"

"Someone just needs to go to the side gates on both ends and open them," Barry said.

"Then there's no need for all that trouble." Xi Yan waved a hand.

"Why?"

"Because I'll make them open the gates for me."

While speaking, the Sharinggan in Xi Yan's eyes flickered once.
