Deva Path Pain said calmly, "Then what about the Three-Tails and Gyuki?"

"How could the Three-Tails and Gyuki possibly be in Konoha? What a ridiculous idea!" Hawk said in exasperation.

"When Orochimaru launched the Konoha Crush Plan, I saw the Three-Tails and Gyuki appear near Konoha at the same time." Kisame Hoshigaki grinned.

So the missing One-Tail really had been captured by Akatsuki... Hawk said grimly, "You saw wrong."

"A dignified Anbu Captain, resorting to childish denial?" Kisame Hoshigaki laughed scornfully.

"Precisely because I'm the Konoha Anbu Captain, what I say is absolutely true!" Hawk said solemnly, talking utter nonsense.
