Background

Dai Ruoheng was born from the Star Luo imperial bloodline but was raised by Zhang Cheng, the empire's Nation-Protecting Douluo. Her biological father entrusted her to Zhang Cheng after her birth; Zhang kept her at his side from childhood, cultivating her personally. Although she was later restored to the Dai family genealogy and treated as the new emperor's contemporary, she regarded herself in practice as a member of the Zhang family. 28 29 66

Her innate full soul power and Evil Eye White Tiger Martial Soul marked her as an exceptional prospect. Zhang Cheng's military upbringing gave her a worldview markedly different from that of the Star Luo nobility, and she became the senior sister of Count Libai despite being far younger than him. 28 29

Her experiences left her deeply disillusioned with the Star Luo Empire's noble corruption, worship of personal strength, and failure to develop Soul Guidance Masters. She concluded that the empire could not survive against the Sun Moon Empire and chose to sever her ties after repaying the resources used to raise her. 76

As King of Humanity, she rejects empty symbols of authority. During her destiny trial, she refused to accept a crown as the definition of leadership, arguing that a human leader is defined by protection, guidance, and the ability to advance civilization. 105

Dai Ruoheng rose within the Star Luo Empire as Zhang Cheng's adopted daughter and a potential future Limit Douluo. She trained Dai Xiuyuan, coordinated with Count Libai and Kallen, and pursued stronger Soul Spirits despite her objections to the system's continued dependence on killing soul beasts. 29 30

First Human–Elf Clash

As a level 95 Super Douluo, she attacked Thranduil's hidden sanctuary and exposed the coexistence of Elves, dragons, and soul beasts. Break with the Star Luo Empire
