Ma Xiaotao stared blankly at the item Luo Can had just fished up, then swept her gaze over the groups of terrifying Hundred Thousand Years Soul Beasts around them. Her muddled mind raced as she tried to make sense of this absurd situation.

After a long while, she finally managed to sort it out.

She had arrived ten thousand years in the past... Did that mean she could find her Ancestor, the first-generation Evil Fire Phoenix, Ma Hongjun? If she found her Ancestor, perhaps she could solve her evil fire problem!

"Are you sure?" Luo Can asked as he looked at the less than half hour of Fishing time remaining, casting his line into the water. "Ma Hongjun hasn't solved his evil fire problem yet."

Ma Xiaotao froze. "You know my Ancestor?"

"More than know him." Luo Can spoke blandly, a hint of amusement in his voice. "He's a complete lecher. To solve his evil fire problem, he went straight to brothels to find women. He and Dai Mubai were Shrek Academy's most notorious whoremongers."

"Don't you dare insult my Ancestor and Shrek Academy like that!!!" Ma Xiaotao's eyes widened furiously, and her voice rose sharply.

In her heart, her Ancestor Ma Hongjun was one of the Shrek Seven Devils, a revered figure!

How could he possibly be that kind of person!

"Heh." Luo Can chuckled without getting angry. "Ma Hongjun is still a child right now. In a couple of years, I'll take you to see the real him. Then you'll know whether I'm telling the truth."
