History

Origin

The Divine Kingdom first manifests when Kang Qiao's heart becomes molten lava and his soul encounters a pulsating mass of white light within it. As the light bursts, he hears the prayers of believers asking to enter his divine kingdom after death 29.

Initially, it is a small and desolate internal world. Kang Qiao understands instinctively that it will grow with his strength, and he immediately views it as a refuge capable of preserving the Dinosaur People during disasters or Giant Beast conflicts 29.

From refuge to inhabited world

The realm develops from a fiery wasteland into a planetary world during Kang Qiao's long slumber. Water floods the fire domain, forming land, sea, weather, and a planet protected by its own outward ripple; five suns subsequently appear in its sky 84.

Kang Qiao and his companions discover that they can shape features of the planet by command, including raising mountains, controlling water, and creating a palace. Their authority resembles an owner-and-administrator system: Kang Qiao acts as the central authority, while the other Order Gods possess subordinate control 84.

Irene becomes one of the earliest documented souls reborn inside the Divine Kingdom. Her soul survives transformation and develops into a winged, head-bearing-in-hand Dinosaur Person angelic form 99.

Order civilization and expansion

Kang Qiao eventually opens the Divine Kingdom to the Six Order Races through sixteen guarded gateways. The realm becomes both a permanent sanctuary and an extension of the Order civilization, though citizens are prohibited from removing excessive resources from it 115.

It later functions as the Order Empire's principal transit network. Portals provide faster interplanetary travel than independently constructed Star Gates, while Angels guard portal boundaries and restrict unauthorized spacecraft from crossing protected zones 203.

After the Order Gods combine their domains to pull an entire planet through a massive gateway, they realize the Divine Kingdom is not merely a spiritual realm. Although the material universe forces the captured planet back out, the event establishes that the Divine Kingdom is developing as a separate universe 237.

Kang Qiao subsequently orders the subject prohibited from public discussion and has Chloe add “Divine Kingdom” to the Order Empire's forbidden internet terms, treating its nature as a strategic secret 239.

Divine Kingdom Universe

A later crisis causes the realm to destabilize as Kang Qiao draws upon its power. When a mysterious entity falls into it, the Divine Kingdom absorbs and digests the entity, triggering an immense transformation into the nascent form of a universe 315.

The former Divine Star becomes a non-physical angelic dimension of clouds, light, and nine colossal divine statues: Kang Qiao at the center and the other eight Sovereign Gods surrounding him 315. Eight Life Trees emerge on the Sovereigns' respective planets, and the first native lifeforms—the Little Flower Fairies—are born through the Angels' souls merging with those trees 317.

Despite earlier explanations that the Divine Kingdom existed within the Sovereigns' bodies, it is later established that its foundation is an Origin fragment within Kang Qiao's spirituality rather than his physical divine form. Its continued existence is therefore not dependent on the condition of Kang Qiao's body 225 358 398.

Divine Law Enforcement

Within the Divine Kingdom, the Sovereigns' will is expressed as the realm's governing law.

• Kang Qiao can turn the air itself into a prison, immobilizing intruders as though space has frozen around them 182.
• Foreign divine power is heavily suppressed by the omnipresent laws of the domain; Ipotel is unable to move even a finger after being caught within Basatan's jurisdiction 360.
• Angels recognized by the Divine Kingdom's Will can invoke its law-enforcing power against intruders, allowing them to destroy enemies that enter the domain 274.
• The realm's laws can sever the connection between an avatar and its external main body, as demonstrated when Yggdrasil's avatar enters the Divine Kingdom 215.

Limitations

• Gods of Origin can generally resist the pull of a Divine Kingdom gateway unless they enter willingly, are sufficiently weakened, or are deceived into entering 251.
• Defeating a powerful deity inside the realm may still endanger its inhabited planets through collateral damage 251.
• The Sovereigns cannot place their true bodies inside the Divine Kingdom, as it is fundamentally part of themselves; only projected or replicated bodies can exist there 99 358.

Portals and Spatial Transit

The Divine Kingdom links distant worlds through gateways and serves as the Order Empire's primary spatial infrastructure.
