Background / History

Du Yang's soul is divided into fragments that transmigrate simultaneously across numerous worlds. His golden finger permits every counterpart to share bloodlines, genes, talents, abilities, and memories without restriction or dilution; similar talents also amplify one another. 2

The Uchiha incarnation is born to Uchiha Tenchi and Uchiha Kurenai and has a younger brother, Uchiha Izumi. On the night of the Uchiha extermination, he awakens the golden finger and meets counterparts from the One Piece, Under One Person, and Marvel worlds. 1 2

The One Piece incarnation was raised in a pirate family. After Akainu kills his parents, he is imprisoned in Impel Down's Hunger Hell. 2 35

The Under One Person incarnation joins the Sanyi Sect as a child. Zuo Ruotong recognizes his exceptional talent, and by fifteen he has little left to learn within the sect besides pursuing the third stage of Triple Inverse Life. He returns from years of travel to find Zuo Ruotong dead and the Sanyi Sect endangered. 2

The Marvel incarnation loses his parents during persecution of mutants and is incarcerated for experimentation in a mutant prison. 2 35

Personality

Across worlds, Du Yang is defined by calmness under extreme pressure. He remains composed while imprisoned, surrounded, or confronted by vastly influential opponents, and generally assesses unfamiliar situations before committing his strength. 7 9 45

He is fiercely protective of those he considers his own. Uchiha Du Yang acts against Itachi to prevent the clan massacre, the Sanyi Sect incarnation takes responsibility for Quanxing's blood feud to shield his fellow disciples, and the One Piece incarnation protects Whitebeard during the Summit War. 4 18 27

Du Yang is also ruthless toward active threats. He kills Itachi, Professor X, Fugaku, Akainu, and numerous Quanxing attackers, showing little hesitation once he judges conflict unavoidable. 6 10 22 28 34 49
