The sunset's last rays spilled over Konoha, bathing the village in a glow that made it seem nestled in nature's embrace. Everything looked so peaceful.

Meanwhile, in Konoha's Forest of Death, Naruto slowly regained consciousness after losing his reason to the flood of negative emotions.
