Background / History

Jiraiya was already an established Konoha shinobi and Minato’s teacher when he first met nine-year-old Uchiha Kou at a training ground. Though initially skeptical that Kou had helped Minato solve the theory behind a seal-less ninjutsu, he was convinced after hearing the boy’s explanation of a bi-directional, intersecting chakra spiral.
