The hot pot and barbecue I ate with Whis on Earth last time, along with that instant food called instant noodles, had all left me craving more.

"Champa, don't run your mouth."

Beerus folded his arms, Destruction Energy stirring faintly around him.

"Earth's cuisine has already won over Whis and me."

"Not just today—even a million years from now, you still won't beat me."

Champa seemed to have heard the biggest joke in the world. He clutched his stomach and burst out laughing.

"A million years? Beerus, you're way too confident."

He stopped laughing, his eyes full of provocation.

"Today, I'll show you what real food is!"

"But this place is a dump. It's not worthy of the treasures I brought."

"Why don't we find somewhere else for the competition?"

Beerus raised an eyebrow and sneered.

"Fine by me. It doesn't matter where we go—you'll still lose."

As soon as he finished speaking, Whis gently raised a hand, and a soft energy enveloped everyone.

The next moment, their vision blurred, and the scene changed in an instant.

They had appeared in the grand hall of a magnificent castle. A huge rectangular stone table stood in the center, with several stone stools arranged neatly around it.

Son Goku, Vegeta, and Son Gohan exchanged glances, all of them looking bewildered.

"Where are we?"

Son Goku scratched his head and curiously surveyed their surroundings.

"Weren't we just outside in the God of Destruction Realm?"

Vegeta frowned, his gaze fixed on Champa as he asked warily, "Why does that fat guy look so much like Beerus? Is he related to him?"

Son Gohan looked just as confused.

"He looks like a fat version of Lord Beerus. Is he a God of Destruction too?"

Noticing the three of them staring, Champa raised an eyebrow and looked at Beerus.

"Beerus, are these three little guys your disciples?"

"More or less," Beerus replied flatly.

"The one on the left is Son Goku. He's Whis's disciple."

"The one in the middle is Vegeta. He trains under Lin Fan."

"And Son Gohan, on the right, is my disciple."

Champa's eyes widened in shock.

"What? You actually took on a disciple? And Whis, you broke your own rule too?"

"And this Lin Fan—he can train warriors like that as well?"

Son Goku grinned and pointed at Champa as he spoke to Vegeta and Son Gohan.

"See? I told you he looks like a fat Beerus. He even talks a little like him."

"You little—!"

Champa flew into a rage, a terrifying aura radiating from him.

"I'm Champa, the God of Destruction of Universe 6! What do you mean, a fat Beerus? I'm much more handsome than he is!"

Vados shook her head helplessly and stepped forward to explain.

"There's no need to be surprised. Lord Champa really is Lord Beerus's twin brother, and he's also a God of Destruction."

"Twin brother? And there are other Gods of Destruction?"

Son Goku and the others were completely dumbfounded, their faces full of disbelief.

Whis smiled and nodded as he explained.

"There isn't just Universe 7. There are twelve parallel universes."

"Each universe has its own God of Destruction and angel, who are responsible for maintaining its balance."

"Lord Champa is the God of Destruction of Universe 6, and Lady Vados is its angel."

Vegeta's gaze sharpened as he looked at Lin Fan.

"Lin Fan, are there warriors like us in the other universes? Is there anyone stronger than a God of Destruction?"

Lin Fan picked up a cup of tea from the table beside him, took a sip, and answered calmly.

"Of course."

"In some universes, people have undergone special training and grown stronger than the Gods of Destruction."

"What?!"

Son Goku and the others' eyes widened in shock.

They had felt Beerus's terrifying power firsthand. Back then, Beerus had used only a fraction of his strength and still left them completely helpless.

Now they were hearing that there were humans who could surpass a God of Destruction? It was beyond anything they could imagine.

Son Gohan clenched his fists, his eyes alight with fighting spirit.

"Humans who can surpass a God of Destruction? I'd love to fight them!"

A stubborn smile tugged at Vegeta's lips.

"Hmph. So what if they're stronger than a God of Destruction? One day, I'll become the strongest warrior in all the universes!"

Champa scoffed.

"Humans stronger than Gods of Destruction? Lin Fan, don't make things up."

"The power of a God of Destruction is beyond anything a human could ever attain."

He couldn't be bothered to dwell on the subject any longer and turned to Vados.

"Vados, take it out."

"Today, I'll make Beerus experience the despair of utter ruin!"

Vados nodded and waved her staff.

A flash of light, and a machine resembling an insulated food box appeared in the middle of the stone table.

Beerus's gaze was instantly drawn to it, curiosity on his face.

"What's that? Is the food you brought in there?"

Son Gohan looked at the unfamiliar machine and asked, puzzled, "Lord Whis, why would we need something like this for the competition?"

Whis smiled.

"Gohan, don't underestimate this machine."

"What's inside is the key to the competition Lord Champa prepared for us."

"And at its heart, this is a culinary showdown between Gods of Destruction."
