Background / History

During the Uchiha clan massacre, Qiuyang transmigrates into the body of another Uchiha Qiuyang just as Obito is about to kill him. The body’s prior owner had awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan and attacked Obito. Qiuyang escapes by retrieving formation flags from the God-Meeting Machine and teleporting away, leaving Obito with the threat that he will return. 1 2

The escape leaves him badly injured and nearly blinded by Mangekyo overuse. He spends roughly a month recovering in a forest, lives in a nearby village for half a year, dyes his hair white, and returns to Konoha under the cover identity of a war refugee and an inconspicuous genin. 2

Qiuyang steals and transcribes the Scroll of Sealing’s contents, prioritizing techniques such as Flying Thunder God, Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique, sensory techniques, Wood Release records, and Uzumaki sealing knowledge. He avoids techniques that require sacrificing one’s life or soul. 3 4

Appearance

Qiuyang is an Uchiha whose appearance is notably tied to the identity he initially conceals.
