"Yeah, what's wrong?"

Son Goku didn't understand why Lei Chen was asking him that.

"Nothing. You'll find out soon enough!"

As he spoke, Lei Chen placed the index finger and thumb of his left hand against his forehead and aimed his right palm at Son Goku. A silvery-white light appeared in the center of his palm.

"Oh?"

Son Goku watched Lei Chen aim his right hand at him, curiosity on his face. He wasn't worried that Lei Chen might attack him. As far as he was concerned, Lei Chen was stronger than him and had no need to resort to such little tricks.

Only Son Gohan and the others in the distance were worried that Lei Chen might attack Son Goku.

Vegeta had spent a year with Lei Chen in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, so he trusted that Lei Chen wouldn't hurt Son Goku.

The silvery-white light in Lei Chen's palm fell over Son Goku.

As the light from Lei Ge's hand enveloped him, Son Goku's body slowly grew, finally returning him to his middle-aged appearance.

"Oh, that's strange! Lei Chen, why do you look like you've gotten smaller?"

"Oh, Pan, why have you suddenly gotten so much shorter? That's strange. I haven't even turned into a Super Saiyan 4!"

Son Goku glanced at Lei Chen, then looked at Pan, who had flown over to him out of concern. He suddenly noticed that she had become much shorter. He was now several heads taller than her.

"Grandpa, I didn't get shorter. You got bigger."

Pan said in astonishment.

"Dad, you're back to normal!"

Son Goten said with a smile.

"Oh, I see! I was wondering why you all suddenly looked so small. Turns out I'm the one who got bigger."

Son Goku smiled and spoke happily. With his childlike personality, he didn't really care whether his body was that of an adult or a child.

But his child-sized body had caused him quite a few problems.

"Hmph!"

Vegeta snorted, staring fixedly at Son Goku. Son Goku's body had suddenly grown, and his strength and stamina had increased considerably. The gap between them hadn't been all that large before, but now that Son Goku had returned to his adult form, his stamina was naturally back to its peak.

After Shenron had made Son Goku small, he had said that although his body had shrunk, his strength hadn't changed; only his stamina had gotten worse. For example, he couldn't stay in Super Saiyan 3 as long as before.

As he spoke, a black hole appeared beside Lei Chen. He waved to Son Goku and the others, signaling that he was leaving.

With my strength as it is now, could I still protect myself in front of a God of Destruction?

Lei Chen wondered to himself.

After returning to this world, Beerus, Champa, Hit, and the others would soon appear.

In the story, when Son Goku had just transformed into a Super Saiyan God, he had forced Beerus to use seventy percent of his power. At the time, Beerus hadn't even used his God of Destruction form.

Lei Chen thought his Super Saiyan 4 should be a little stronger than Son Goku's Super Saiyan God, perhaps the equivalent of eighty percent of Beerus's power.

But Super Saiyan Blue Evolved Vegeta was only a little stronger than a God of Destruction candidate, while a true God of Destruction was even stronger than a candidate. Super Saiyan Blue Evolved was dozens of times stronger than Super Blue.

Son Goku breathed a sigh of relief. Ever since he'd heard Lei Chen mention that there was a Super Saiyan God beyond Super Saiyan 3, he'd often dragged Son Gohan, Son Goten, and Trunks into training with him. Now, at last, he had successfully transformed into a Super Saiyan God.

This power was incredible. It had to be at least twenty times greater than Super Saiyan 3. With this explosive power, even Super Saiyan 3 at thirty times its usual strength wouldn't be a match for me.

Son Goku, having reached the realm of the gods, erupted with a surging battle lust.

"Lord Beerus! Let's give it a try!"

Beerus floated up and looked at Son Goku. A smile appeared on his face. He had instantly defeated Son Goku in his Super Saiyan 3 form, but now that Son Goku had successfully transformed into a Super Saiyan 3, Beerus was finally taking him a little more seriously. "Son Goku, I hope you don't disappoint me."

As he spoke, an invisible, terrifying pressure pressed down from Beerus onto Son Goku.

Almost at the same time, Son Goku let out a roar. The red aura around his body flared, and he became a streak of light, suddenly appearing beside Beerus.

But Beerus blocked Son Goku's attack with just one hand. Compared with how he had defeated Son Goku before with a single finger, this proved that Beerus was taking him much more seriously now.

As Son Goku spoke, an even greater power burst from him, and he charged at Beerus in a red streak.
