Super Two, Annihilate Broly

"Boom."

The energy beam struck Broly, kicking up a cloud of black smoke.

"Haa... haa..."

The Kamehameha had drained nearly all of Gohan's ki. He let his arms drop, limp and exhausted, his eyes locked onto the heart of the smoke.

Gohan's expression didn't improve despite the direct hit; instead, he watched with a deathly pale face. He knew all too well that his current power wasn't enough to inflict any real damage on Broly—otherwise, the struggle seven years ago wouldn't have been so desperate.

Sure enough, as the smoke cleared, a glowing green energy barrier remained wrapped around Broly. A defiant smirk still hung on his face, as if he were mocking Gohan for his futile efforts.

"It's really over now. Dad, what do I do?" Gohan roared in frustration, transforming into a Super Saiyan to launch another assault on Broly.

"Big brother!"

Goten clenched his fists, watching Gohan's battle with bitter helplessness before glancing at his fallen friend. "Trunks!"

"I need power."

"Ugh!" Gohan was struck in the abdomen by a punch from Broly, the force making him cough up bile.

"I need power."

"Agh!" Broly stomped his foot onto Gohan's chest. Gohan let out a pained cry, coughing up a spray of blood.

"I want power."

Broly stomped on Gohan's chest again, forcing another mouthful of blood from him. The repeated trampling caused the ground to crack like a spiderweb, the surface collapsing bit by bit.

Watching Gohan being trampled like this, Goten hated his own weakness. All his frustration and rage transformed into power, erupting wildly.

"I want... power!" Goten roared at the sky. It felt as if something inside him had shattered, and terrifying power surged forth in an endless stream. Broly sensed the change in Goten and couldn't help but pull his foot back from Gohan's chest.

"Aaaah!"

Goten's roar was like thunder. The aura that had been swirling around him like a jet stream intensified, and sparks of electricity began to dance in the air. His bangs fell away, leaving only a single lock, while the rest of his golden hair stood straight up. His eyes fixed on Broly with sharp intensity.

The rage at his own weakness and the bitterness of his helplessness shattered the bottleneck blocking his path. He had achieved a further transformation, a power surpassing the Super Saiyan: Super Saiyan 2.

"Hahaha!" The sudden surge in Goten's power didn't frighten Broly; instead, he laughed like a child who had found an interesting new toy, an impulse to destroy Goten rising within him.

"Kakarot!"

Broly let out a deafening roar, his glowing green aura boiling over as he shot toward Goten like a rocket.

"Broly, you won't be leaving here alive today," Goten stared coldly at Broly, launching himself forward with equal speed.

BOOM.

Their elbows collided, a deafening roar echoing across the landscape. Sparks of electricity crackled at the point of impact.

WHAM.

Goten blocked Broly's sweeping kick with his arm, the force of the blow even greater than before.

"Haa!" Goten kicked Broly away, then spun in mid-air to land another kick, sending him flying.

"Hahaha!" Broly stabilized himself quickly, a hint of fervor appearing in the gaze he fixed on Goten.

The combative nature of the Legendary Super Saiyan began to surface. He swung his fists in a frantic barrage against Goten, who refused to be outdone and met every blow with his own.

WHAM.

WHAM.

WHAM.

The roar of their impacts echoed through the air, scattering the clouds floating in the sky. Their power grew with every exchange, but the gap in their stamina began to show.

Goten started to look fatigued, while Broly only grew more ferocious with every strike. After all, Goten was only seven years old; his stamina couldn't compare to an adult's. Furthermore, he hadn't been at his peak when he transformed into a Super Saiyan 2, and his disadvantage began to manifest.

Damn it, my stamina can't keep up with his, Goten cursed inwardly. If he weren't just a little kid, he would have beaten Broly into submission by now.

Broly compressed an energy sphere in his hand and flicked it out. As it left his palm, the sphere expanded into a massive orb of destruction.

"Oh, hell no."

Goten cursed under his breath. He cupped his hands at his side, and a deep blue beam of energy erupted from them. "Kamehameha!"

The massive green sphere and the deep blue beam collided in the void. The sphere began to devour the blue energy bit by bit, pushing it back toward Goten.

"Yaaah!" Goten poured more power into his blast, but it was useless; the energy continued to be pushed back.

WHOOSH.

Behind Goten, another blue beam of light shot forward. Goten looked back. "Big brother!"

"Goten, don't let up!" Gohan's eyes were locked onto the energy sphere, his voice stern.

Gohan stepped forward until he was side-by-side with Goten. "Goten, release all your power!"

"Right!" Goten nodded.

"Haaaa!" The brothers roared in unison. The blue beam surged instantly, pushing the energy sphere back.

"Aaaaaah!"

Caught between the sphere and the Kamehameha, Broly was engulfed by the dual energy. He was completely obliterated, vanishing from this world forever.
