Uchiha Kangetsu maneuvered the Five Great Shinobi Villages toward war while preparing his own plans and visiting Konoha for Tsunade’s birthday. After he left, unrest and killings spread through Konoha, and the other villages blamed it for the slaughter of smaller villages over Hashirama’s cells.

• Uchiha Madara ordered Uchiha Izuna to push the villages to gather tailed beasts, while Uchiha Kangetsu’s influence weakened Black Zetsu.
• Senju Lijian revealed Tsunade’s identity to the Senju elders, then agreed to support Sarutobi Hiruzen as Third Hokage and keep her origins secret.
• Uchiha Kangetsu ordered his followers to stir up conflict, prepared experiments using Namikaze and Meigetsu cells, and planned to attend Tsunade’s birthday in Konoha.
• Uchiha Kangetsu arrived in Konoha, threatened Dan Katō and Danzo, and condemned Sarutobi Hiruzen for suppressing the Uchiha Clan and the Senju for driving Tsunade away.
