Reborn as Uchiha Kangetsu, a former Killing Fist grandmaster trained for battle and led a mission against the Hagoromo Clan. After slaughtering the enemy and returning with his followers, he set out to strengthen the Uchiha and prepare his subordinates.

• Kangetsu died after Nuwa’s lightning, transformed by the heavenly dao, overwhelmed him with vitality, then was reborn as a newborn Uchiha during the Warring States Period.
• Kangetsu began training with his brothers and awakened his Sharingan when he cut down the human training models, then stunned Tajima by splitting a kunai and declaring that slaughter did not frighten him.
• Kangetsu joined a mission against the Hagoromo Clan, trained his followers in the Shadow Clone Technique, and trapped the advancing enemy in a narrow valley with Explosive Tags.
• Kangetsu defeated the Hagoromo Genin and elite Chunin, then executed the surrendered prisoners despite Watanabe and Jingxia’s objections.
• Kangetsu discovered Storm Release material and a yin release chakra crystal, then returned to the Mission Hall with his followers and the enemy’s headless corpses.
• Kangetsu claimed the Ino-Shika-Cho mission, evolved his Sharingan to three tomoe, and promised his family he would stay alive to protect them.
• Kangetsu ordered his fifty subordinates to gather ingredients for Military Ration Pills and acquire mines containing chakra-conducting ore.

Kangetsu led the Four Clans to victory over the Ishikura Clan and brought them back to the Uchiha grounds. After killing an elder who opposed their relocation, he gained the remaining elders’ agreement and headed toward the plaza as Tajima began summoning the clan.

• Kangetsu accepted the Four Clans’ mission against the Ishikura Clan and promised to protect them while proposing they settle on unused Uchiha land.
• Kangetsu equipped the Four Clans with medical techniques, Military Ration Pills, and barrier formations, then arranged an explosive ambush on the Ishikura Clan.
• Kangetsu fought Ishikura Kameda, used a Rasengan to defeat him, and led his chakra-depleted forces through the remaining enemies.
• Kangetsu returned to Kangetsu Town, where Nara Isshin reported that the Four Clans had won with few casualties and gained supplies and other resources.
• Kangetsu returned to the Uchiha Clan, refused Tajima’s plea to stop taking missions, and went to the Elder Pavilion to demand permission to relocate the Four Clans.
• Kangetsu killed an elder who attacked him, ordered Inoue to collect the man’s Sharingan and burn his body, and secured the remaining elders’ agreement to the relocation.
• Tajima ordered the clan and servants summoned to the plaza, while Kangetsu led his group there with Madara and two others.

Kangetsu built Scarlet City into a powerful base, trained his brothers, and led the Uchiha through a series of bloody conflicts. After uncovering Black Zetsu’s suspected schemes, he arranged an alliance with the Senju to destroy the Hagoromo Clan, while the story left him teaching Madara, Izuna, and Meigetsu to strengthen their Fire Style.

• Kangetsu ordered the surviving elder exposed, blamed the clan’s neglect for the deaths of its children, and destroyed the seized gold with a Rasengan before sending Watanabe’s men to slaughter servants at Uchiha Plaza.
• Kangetsu mobilized the Uchiha against the Dongcheng Clan, captured more than six thousand women, and made Madara, Izuna, and Meigetsu take part in the killing.
• Over the next nine years, Kangetsu cautiously chose opponents and advanced his Killing Fist Technique, while Scarlet City grew into a populous, well-equipped center with thousands of trained fighters.
• Kangetsu spared Senju Kawarama and later withdrew when he encountered Hashirama, Tobirama, and Butsuma, then suspected Black Zetsu had created the Hagoromo Clan and prepared its members as pawns.
• Kangetsu returned to his family, gave Madara a scroll on combining elemental chakra, and then fought the Senju, killing Hojima and Kawarama before sparing the remaining warriors and returning home.
• Kangetsu announced that Scarlet City would attack the Hagoromo Clan, explained his suspicions about Black Zetsu’s schemes, and secured the Senju Clan’s temporary alliance for a coordinated assault.
• Nara Isshin outlined the alliance’s attack plan and the Uchiha’s share of the spoils, while Kangetsu warned that the Military Ration Pill formula could be copied and stressed the Uchiha’s concealed Medical Ninjutsu advantage.
• Kangetsu demonstrated a stronger Great Fireball Technique to Madara, Izuna, and Meigetsu, then taught them how to condense chakra as they exhaled.

Kangetsu recovered from his near-fatal battle, gained Ice Style through Minazuki Hanako’s crystal, and returned to lead the Uchiha against the Hagoromo Clan. After Meigetsu’s death, Kangetsu absorbed Indra’s chakra and unleashed Lunar Fire on the Hagoromo forces.

• Kangetsu’s squad fought Hagoromo Takemitsu and Hagoromo Koze, and Kangetsu consumed his Military Ration Pills and opened five gates before collapsing from his injuries.
• While Kangetsu lay unconscious for nearly half a year, Delia used the Heart of Ice and Snow to save him, and Minazuki Hanako’s crystal gave him Ice Style.
• Kangetsu learned that Nara Isshin had secured alliances with the Uzumaki and Hyuga clans, then trained his subordinates on the island before returning to the Uchiha Clan.
• After recuperating, Kangetsu killed Hagoromo Shinko with his Black Blade and ordered his allies to finish off the remaining enemies.
• Kangetsu hurried home after receiving an urgent letter and found that Meigetsu had died, so he preserved Meigetsu’s Sharingan and vowed to avenge him.
• Kangetsu absorbed Indra’s chakra and used the gray wood in his body to purify it, then gathered more than a hundred followers for an attack on the Hagoromo Clan.
• Kangetsu revealed Lunar Fire and used Great Fire Annihilation to turn the Hagoromo Clan’s water into red ice, engulfing and destroying hundreds of its members.
