Kaisa is the naturally born daughter of the Emperor and Erda. Unlike the Primarchs, she was not artificially created; she inherited the Emperor's Perpetual genes, granting her enduring youth and an exceptionally long life. She is biologically the full elder sister of the Primarchs. 68 144

In the past, Kaisa aided Erda in actions that contributed to the Primarchs being scattered across the galaxy. She later recognized the consequences of her mistake and atoned by helping the Emperor guide Axis. Before her assignment, she was imprisoned for a century in a dark Custodes-guarded dungeon with her Psykic Power suppressed. 46 68 144
