"Ugh!!" Goku took several punches from Hit, each one landing with a solid smack. He seemed to lose consciousness and fell from the air!
"Oh no!!" Beerus's face changed dramatically. "We're doomed!"
"My, my!" Whis shook his head regretfully.
"Goku!!" Krillin and the others all stood up, their faces full of concern.
Was he really going to lose? Had Goku actually been defeated?
"Wonderful!" Champa, on the other side, was overjoyed. He was practically ready to applaud!
Hit remained quiet as he watched Goku slowly fall. Then he closed his eyes, as if lost in thought.
It was over...
Just as everyone thought the match was over, Goku suddenly opened his eyes. A powerful resolve surged within him, and in an instant, he powered up!
"Raaah..." With a roar, Goku's ki reached its peak! In the next moment, he rushed straight at Hit!
"Impossible!!" Hit's expression changed instantly. Caught completely off guard, he took several punches from Goku and went flying, crashing into the wall and embedding himself in it!
"What..." Champa and the others stood up in disbelief.
Who could have imagined that Goku would still be able to counterattack—and with such overwhelming strength?
After his fierce assault, Goku suddenly ran out of strength and fell onto the ring, gasping heavily.
Embedded in the wall, Hit struggled to pull himself free. Then he, too, panted as he looked at Sun Wukong.
Goku gritted his teeth and forced himself to stand. After taking a deep breath, he looked at Hit. "Hit, you've still got a trump card you haven't used, right?"
"Hm?" Hit was taken aback. "What makes you think that?"
Goku laughed. "While we were fighting, I could tell you were holding back. You seemed to be worried about something."
Hit looked at Goku. After a moment of silence, he said, "I'm an assassin. My job is to kill people. So, to avoid killing you, I've tried not to use lethal techniques."
Goku nodded. "I understand!"
As he spoke, he suddenly turned to Champa. "Hey, Lord Champa! I'd like to request that we revoke one of the tournament rules!"
What?
Everyone was baffled by Goku's move.
Hit was taken aback. He looked intently at Goku but said nothing.
Champa seemed surprised. "Oh? Which rule do you want to revoke?"
Goku smiled. "The rule against killing! Otherwise, Hit won't be able to fight at full strength!"
"Uh..." Champa was completely dumbfounded. What kind of request was this? The opponent was actually asking for it!
Everyone was stunned. They couldn't believe Goku was being so reckless!
"Did Goku hit his head or something?" Krillin said, sweating nervously.
The others were just as confused.
"Why?" Hit looked at Goku. "Aren't you afraid of dying?"
Goku smiled as he explained, "Of course I am. But I can't let you have any regrets. You should be able to give this fight everything you've got, too, right?"
Hit looked at Goku for a long time, then smiled. "Son Goku, you really are an interesting person!"
"Heh heh!" Goku chuckled.
"Ha ha ha!! Fine! Since you're so eager to die, I'll gladly oblige! Let's revoke the rule!" Champa said excitedly.
"Hey! I don't agree!" Beerus suddenly appeared in front of Champa, his teeth clenched.
"Why not? Someone from your own Universe 7 asked for it!" Champa glared at Beerus angrily.
"Hmph! I said no!" Beerus snorted.

The two Gods of Destruction were about to come to blows over the tournament rules.
Watching the two gods in the air, Hit remarked, "They're so powerful. To them, we really are just ants."
Goku smiled. "I don't see it that way. I can't beat them yet, but one day I'll be strong enough!"
Hit was taken aback, then smiled faintly. "That's true."
Goku chuckled, then began walking toward the edge of the ring.
Everyone looked at him in confusion, wondering what he was doing.
Just then, Goku jumped off the ring!
"Gah!!"
Everyone froze in shock!
"Hey! Goku! What are you doing!!" Beerus shouted angrily once he recovered.
Goku smiled. "I forfeit! I can't beat Hit. He's just too strong!"
At the same time, Goku murmured, "I'm nobody's pawn..."
"What!!" Beerus was so furious that his face turned purple!
"Ha ha ha! Beerus! Now you know how powerful my Universe 6 is!" Champa gloated, rubbing salt in the wound.
"Hmph!" Beerus snorted, then returned to his seat.
"Ugh... Ah!!" Suddenly, Goku dropped his Kaioken and Super Saiyan Blue forms. His muscles convulsed, and the immense pain sent him collapsing onto his back!
"Goku!!" Chi-Chi and the others rushed down, and Krillin fed Goku a Senzu Bean.
Goku soon felt much better and let out a sigh of relief. "I'm alive again!"
Hit walked to the edge of the ring and looked at Sun Wukong. "Why?"
Goku chuckled. "My body had already reached its limit. If I didn't cancel the Kaioken soon, things could've gotten ugly!"
Hit frowned. "Is that really all?"
Goku chuckled. "Of course. I also wanted to show them through my actions that we're not pawns!"
Hit was taken aback, his expression turning complicated.
Goku stood up, then looked at Hit and clenched his fist slightly. "Hit, you're strong! Even stronger than me. So, if we get the chance, please fight me again!"
Hit looked at Goku, then smiled. "Son Goku, honestly, you're the strongest person I've ever met, too. I look forward to fighting you again!"
Goku was finally satisfied. "Good!"
He turned to Krillin and the others. "Let's go!"
With that, they all returned to the stands!
"Lord Beerus, I'm sorry I lost the match!" Goku said, showing at least some sense of responsibility.
Beerus was a little annoyed, but he was reasonable enough. He waved a hand. "Forget it! I don't blame you!"
Goku said with a sigh, "Hit really is strong. Next time we fight, I'll surpass him for sure!"
"Kakarot, I'll surpass you before then!" Vegeta suddenly said solemnly.
"Ha ha! Then let's work hard together!" Goku laughed.
"Hmph!" Vegeta turned his head away haughtily, ignoring him.
The tense atmosphere eased, and everyone's expressions relaxed.
"Come to think of it, Hit is so strong. Only Monaka can beat him, right?" Goku suddenly said.
At that, everyone's expressions changed. Beerus broke into a cold sweat and started to panic.
Goku looked at Luya and smiled. "You're up against Hit next. Be careful. He's no ordinary opponent!"
Luya smiled. "Don't worry!"
Beerus suddenly hurriedly said, "Hey! Luya! You have to beat Hit! Otherwise, there'll be serious consequences! Got that?"
Luya glanced at Beerus, then gave Monaka a strange look. With a helpless expression, he said, "I'll do my best!"
Beerus: "..."
Do your best? If he did his best and still lost, Beerus was finished!
