History

Yu Tianlong identified the well as a rare location where extreme ice and fire energies coexist, believing it could greatly strengthen—or even evolve—Little Silver. At the time, Dugu Bo had not yet discovered the site. 9 14

Two years later, Dugu Bo found a strange valley in Sunset Forest containing a cold pool, a hot pool, and unfamiliar herbs, then contacted Yu Tianlong. 21 Yu Tianlong eventually reached the valley with Dugu Bo, recognized the springs and surrounding plants, and was granted permission to handle the herbs. 36

Yu Tianlong selected herbs for Dugu Bo and Dugu Ce before choosing resources for himself and his two Luo Sanpao. He, Little Gold, and Little Silver began simultaneous absorption beside the well. 37

The three remained in secluded cultivation there for five years. Yu Tianlong consumed numerous immortal herbs, while Little Gold and Little Silver absorbed both the herbs and the well's extreme elemental energy. By the end of this period, the two Luo Sanpao had evolved into giant dragons. 38

Dugu Bo also benefited from herbs taken from the site, breaking through to level 93 and becoming a Title Douluo. 39 Yu Tianlong later withheld the well's existence from Di Tian, considering its resources and immortal herbs a vital secret. 67
