Origin and Selection by the Dragon Fighting Plane

Zhong Shenxiu transmigrated to the Douluo Continent and was found as an orphan on the outskirts of Dongshan City, carrying only a primitive jade pendant engraved with the character “Zhong.” Fragmentary memories of a technologically advanced world called Earth remained with him, while his life in the Dongshan Third Children's Welfare Institute was marked by recurring dreams of fighting as a dragon in the Dragon Fighting World 1.

At six, he awakened a Light Dragon Martial Soul and possessed innate soul power of level eight. Over the following nine years, he repeatedly fought hostile star dragons and the Black Death Dragon in dreams. On the eve of his ninth birthday, he finally defeated the Black Death Dragon, allowing the Dragon Fighting Plane's remaining consciousness to reshape his body and soul 1 3.

The Plane's consciousness made Zhong Shenxiu the new master of the Dragon Origin Realm and inheritor of the Fighting Dragon Clan. His former Radiant Dragon Martial Soul was remolded with the embryonic bloodline of the theoretical ultimate God King Dragon, the Myriad Creation Dragon God 3. He accepted the responsibility to revive the Fighting Dragon Clan, restore the Dragon Origin Realm, and awaken its dormant dragons despite the expected opposition of humans, soul beasts, and other dragon races 4.

Eastsea Academy

Zhong Shenxiu enrolled at Eastsea Academy at nine years old. Soon after arriving, he retaliated brutally against roommates who stole his subsidy money and vandalized his bed, leading to solitary confinement and his first formal encounter with Wu Zhangkong 8 10. During confinement, he cultivated without interruption, broke through to level 17, and further refined control over partial dragon traits 10.

As a member of Class Five and later Zero Class, Zhong Shenxiu rapidly established an overwhelming gap over his peers. He defeated Tang Wulin, Xie Xie, and Gu Yue in under five seconds, carried Class Five through the class promotion competition alone, and repeatedly demonstrated combat ability that exceeded his Soul Power rank 27 39. His status as a mysterious dragon-blooded prodigy attracted interest from Wu Zhangkong, Gu Yue, the Tang Sect, and the Spirit Pagoda 82 135 136.

Revival of the Dragon Fighting Plane

Zhong Shenxiu initially funded the Dragon Fighting Plane's restoration by manufacturing Soul Tools and buying Soul Guidance Batteries. As he supplied energy to the Core Crystal and harvested spiritual energy in the Spirit Ascension Platform, the Plane gradually recovered, granting him the inheritances of the Four Great God King Dragons 35 76 116.

After the second stage of charging, the Plane's origin fed back immense Light Power, advancing Zhong Shenxiu to level 40 and awakening the Badi Holy Dragon. Though initially aggressive, Badi recognized Zhong Shenxiu as the Plane's chosen Lord and pledged his life to restoring the Fighting Dragon Clan 119 120.

The fourth stage of charging eventually restored more of the Plane's origin and awakened Aquarius Star Dragon, the first of the Twelve Star Dragons to return in human form. Aquarius later took the name Zhong Shuiping and acted as Zhong Shenxiu's guardian in the human world 251 253.

Following the conflicts with the Spirit Pagoda and Qiangu Family, the Dragon Fighting Plane reached full restoration. Its central altar was repaired, the Four Great God King Dragon statues revived, and all Twelve Star Dragons awakened. Surviving Fighting Dragon Clan members subsequently settled peacefully in the reborn Plane 447 460.

Myriad Creation Dragon God Awakening

Zhong Shenxiu's conflict with Qiangu Dongfeng forced him to confront the true nature of his inheritance. Pressured by the Limit Douluo's attacks, he awakened the Myriad Creation Dragon God Martial Soul, activated his Dragon God bloodline and planar authority, and defeated Qiangu Dongfeng with a single punch 435.

The awakening revealed that the powers of Gold, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth, Light, and Dark all existed within him as the Seven Phenomena Origin. Alliance with the Soul Beast Clan

Gu Yue eventually revealed herself as the Silver Dragon King and entrusted the future of the Soul Beast Clan to Zhong Shenxiu. In return, he disclosed that he was the Destined One chosen by the Dragon Fighting Plane and pledged to protect Gu Yue, Xu Xiaoyan, Leng Yulai, and Illusion while pursuing peaceful coexistence rather than humanity's destruction 364 366.

Di Tian initially investigated Zhong Shenxiu with suspicion after sensing the ancient Light Power protecting him.
