Jiangmo Douluo was a rank 96 Super Douluo who had remained stalled at that rank for fifteen years. His martial soul is the Coiling Dragon Staff, and he had developed its power toward overwhelming destructive force rather than the balance of hardness and softness Qian Renyuan later identified as its missing principle. 5 6

At Qian Renyuan's Holy Son coronation, Qian Daoliu appointed Jiangmo as the six-year-old Holy Son's personal protector, warning that he would be held accountable for any harm to Qian Renyuan. Jiangmo accepted under orders but initially resented being assigned as a bodyguard for a child. 5
