All that could be said was that by then the Uchiha Clan had been stripped clean! As for who had taken everything, all the major clans of Konoha had surely gotten a share! Otherwise, would anyone dare keep all that wealth for themselves? They'd be attacked by everyone!

He had to start making plans early, if only for his future children! There was no sense spending every day guarding against a thief when he could strike first!

The Uchiha Clan's immense wealth had already sealed its fate! The clan's current size was completely out of proportion to its financial resources, but any attempt to expand was constrained by Konoha's environment!

Konoha itself wasn't very large, yet it was crammed with all the great shinobi clans. Any of those clans would be a top-tier clan elsewhere, but in Konoha they seemed unimpressive!

After all, even though the Senju Clan had disappeared from public view, the Uchiha and Hyuga Clans were still around!

For the Uchiha to expand, it would inevitably have to encroach on the interests of other clans. And the Hokage faction would never allow the Uchiha to grow any larger!

Considering his family's share in the Uchiha Welfare Lottery, saying it was worth several hundred years of Pakura's missions wasn't an exaggeration at all!

"Several hundred years of missions? Wouldn't that bankrupt Sunagakure?" Pakura said, counting on her fingers in a daze.

"What's Sunagakure got to do with it? You know about the Welfare Lottery, right? Our family owns a share. It's a business that keeps bringing in money. Even our grandchildren won't have to worry about food or clothes!" Hmph, that was what happened when the countries of the Ninja World had no laws to regulate it! Everyone knew how profitable lotteries were in his previous life!

Speaking of which, he needed to move up the Land of Snow plan, too! Otherwise, the Uchiha wouldn't be able to hold on to this business. Sigh, I really have to worry about everything!

"Isn't the Welfare Lottery a clan asset belonging to the entire Uchiha Clan? What does it have to do with you personally?" Pakura asked, a little confused. She knew a bit about the Welfare Lottery, the gambling product that had recently taken off.

"Because the Welfare Lottery was my idea! It's only natural that I own a share. And with my strength, who'd dare object? Do they think my Ninja Blade isn't sharp enough?" Uchiha Gen said with an arrogant grin.

"My blade's plenty sharp, too! Anyone who dares touch my money will pay with their life!" Pakura had already slipped into the role of lady of the house!

After Pakura spent the whole afternoon tidying up, Uchiha Gen's home finally felt a little more lived-in!

"Gen, when are we getting married?" That night, Pakura prepared a whole table of Sunagakure specialties. As she filled Uchiha Gen's bowl, she asked the question with hopeful anticipation.

"Ah? Well, let's wait a little longer. A little longer. We'll do it all together when the time comes." Uchiha Gen nervously shoveled rice into his mouth. Sunagakure's food really had a distinctive flavor, though it was pretty tasty. It was fine once in a while, but if he ate it all the time, he'd probably get tired of it. Looks like he'd have to put some pressure on Kurenai Yuhi's side after all!

He'd find a few more women. Then he could have Konoha food on the first, second, and third days; Sunagakure food on the fourth, fifth, and sixth; Kirigakure seafood on the seventh, eighth, and ninth; and Kumogakure barbecue on the tenth, eleventh, and twelfth. As for the Land of Earth, forget it. Playing with legs would fill his stomach just fine!

"Hm? All together? What do you mean, all together? Is someone else getting married at the same time as us? One of your teammates from the same year?" Pakura asked curiously. Since she didn't know anyone in Konoha, she wanted to learn more about Uchiha Gen's social circle so she'd know how to get along with them later!

"Ah! Something like that! Hahaha! I'll tell you about it later. Let's eat, let's eat!" Uchiha Gen laughed and changed the subject. Kurenai Yuhi was in his year, too, after all!

He really had no idea how to deal with this kind of situation, where he might get cut down by a jealous woman! Whatever, he'd get them into bed first and sort out the paperwork later. Worst case, he'd die. He had Izanagi, anyway! If I'm not afraid of dying, why should I be afraid of this?
