Background

Shisui earned the name “Body Flicker Shisui” during the Third Shinobi World War. His reputation was so formidable that Mist shinobi reportedly abandoned missions and fled upon recognizing him. 23 31 64

He sought to preserve both the Uchiha clan and Konoha, refusing to sacrifice either side in the clan’s conflict with the village. His kindness, popularity, and ability to forgive others made him a stabilizing presence among the Uchiha. 4 16 53

Shisui repeatedly attempted to befriend Uchiha Gray after discovering Gray had concealed exceptional talent. Gray initially rejected him, but Shisui persisted and came to see him as a like-minded ally devoted to Konoha’s future. 14 17
