Tang Yuehua was born into the Clear Sky Sect as Tang Xiao and Tang Hao’s younger sister. After Tang Hao’s conflict with Spirit Hall caused the sect to face retaliation, her father died in anger and the sect prepared to seal its gates. As Yuehua had previously separated from the sect and lacked the strength to defend herself in Heaven Dou City, Tang Xiao arranged her marriage to Luo Nan as protection from Spirit Hall and opportunistic factions. She accepted, viewing the union as a necessary transaction to protect both herself and her family. 1

Although Yuehua had earlier left the Clear Sky Sect over philosophical differences, the Elders’ Council later formally severed ties with her during the crisis to protect the sect. This abandonment, combined with the ridicule she endured for her defective Martial Soul, left her deeply disillusioned with the sect. 1 92 97

Before the sect’s decline, Yuehua had established Moon Pavilion in Heaven Dou City. Its reputation and safety depended heavily on her Clear Sky Sect background; once the sect withdrew, rival factions began trying to discredit the institution and capture her as leverage. 4 5

As Moon Pavilion’s mistress, she is organized and capable under pressure. During the campaign to ruin the pavilion’s reputation, she calms its frightened students and staff, then publicly reasserts its purpose as an institution of etiquette and refinement. 7 8

Her inability to advance beyond level nine left her with decades of despair and self-doubt. After overcoming the defect, she becomes intensely diligent in cultivation and openly joyful at finally becoming a proper soul master. 9 18 19

Yuehua is deeply sentimental and remembers those who treated her kindly in her vulnerable years. Although she becomes angered by the Clear Sky Sect’s attempts to exploit Moonlight Pavilion, she remains willing to help Bai He and the Speed Clan because of her uncle’s past care for her. 92 120

Breaking the Martial Soul Shackle

First Soul Ring and New Cultivation Path

Yuehua reveals to Luo Nan that she is pregnant with their child. Luo Nan becomes intensely protective of her health and asks her to delegate Moonlight Pavilion’s routine work. Tang Hao’s Return

Yuehua is unsettled when Yu Luomian reports that Tang Hao has been found and is returning to the Clear Sky Sect with a mysterious woman. Though she restrains herself from openly questioning Luo Nan about the matter, the news clearly affects her because Tang Hao remains her brother. Tang Hao’s return to the sect is later confirmed, temporarily bolstering the sect elders’ confidence. 142 198

Moonlight Pavilion’s Institutional Expansion

As Moonlight Pavilion’s influence grows, Yuehua and Luo Nan begin preparing it to outlast Luo Nan’s eventual ascension to godhood. Soul Master Revival Foundation

Yuehua joins Luo Nan and Yu Luomian in presenting Emperor Xue Ye with a framework for the Soul Master Revival Foundation.
