Background

Tarble’s original body was severely injured after his guard Tomato died protecting him. His soul was subsequently replaced, creating a “new” Tarble with knowledge of the Dragon Ball world and a cultivation-enhancing golden finger. 1

He was exiled after refusing to marry Guli, the daughter of his uncle Guping. Accompanied by his remaining royal guard, Licks, he travelled to Earth to find his older brother Vegeta. 1 3

Before arriving on Earth, Tarble spent a year training with Licks and reached 30,000 combat power. He had already learned ki sensing and suppression, but concealed this knowledge to avoid arousing Vegeta’s suspicions. 1 3 5

Appearance

Tarble is initially shorter than Vegeta and is notably self-conscious about his height. He uses the Namekian Dragon Balls to become taller. 1 37 38

Behind this harmless manner, he is calculating and willing to manipulate appearances. He deliberately hid his ki-control experience, released his Super Saiyan 4 aura to let others feel its power, and orchestrated a deception to investigate Hoi without alerting him. 3 33 44 45
