A month later. Outside Earth's atmosphere, a flash of light streaked by.

A figure appeared out of thin air, hovering in the vacuum of space. He was tall and lean, with light blue skin and tall, spiked white hair. He wore dark clothing draped in a black cloak, holding a staff in his hand. His eyes were golden, with slit pupils like a reptile's. His expression was gentle, yet a sharp glint flickered in his eyes from time to time. He looked down at Earth, the corners of his mouth curling slightly upward. "Interesting," he murmured to himself, "the life energy on this planet... is richer than I imagined." His figure vanished, and the next second, he appeared above West City. Kashu was the first to sense his arrival. He flew out of his home and hovered before the stranger.

"Who are you?" Kashu asked, his God Form ready to be unleashed. "My name is Whis," the stranger said with a smile, "I am the attendant to Lord Beerus, the God of Destruction."

"The God of Destruction?" "Yes," Whis said, "Lord Beerus has been asleep for decades and has just awakened. He heard that a Saiyan on Earth defeated Frieza and Majin Buu, and he is quite interested. He wishes to meet that Saiyan." "A Saiyan?" Kashu frowned, "Are you talking about Son Goku?" "Perhaps, perhaps not," Whis said, "Lord Beerus had a dream about a Super Saiyan God. He wants to confirm if this dream is real." "A Super Saiyan God?" "A legendary form," Whis explained, "It is born when six kind-hearted Saiyans channel their power into one, creating a Super Saiyan who possesses the aura of a god. This is the form Lord Beerus saw in his dream." Kashu fell silent. He had never heard of such a form. He had read much about Saiyan history in ancient texts from alien ruins, but had never seen any record of a "Super Saiyan God." "If the Saiyans on Earth cannot transform into a Super Saiyan God," Whis continued, "Lord Beerus might be... displeased." "What happens if he is displeased?" Whis smiled faintly and did not answer. But Kashu already understood.

The result of a God of Destruction being displeased is destruction. Kashu gathered all the Earth Guardians. Son Goku, Vegeta, Son Gohan, Cell, Piccolo, Krillin, Yamcha, Tien Shinhan, Chiaotzu, Android 16, Android 17, Android 18, and Majin Buu were all present. Karrot sat on his mother's lap, curiously watching the adults' serious expressions.

"That is the situation," Kashu told everyone about Whis's visit and the God of Destruction, "We may be facing the greatest threat in history."

"A God of Destruction?" Son Goku's eyes lit up, "How strong is he?" Kashu looked at him. "Stronger than you and Majin Buu combined." Son Goku's smile froze.

Majin Buu tilted his head. "Buu can't beat him?" "No, you can't." Majin Buu's mouth pouted, looking somewhat aggrieved. Vegeta crossed his arms, his face grim. "The legendary God of Destruction, Beerus... My father once mentioned him. He said Beerus is the strongest existence in the universe; even Frieza didn't dare speak loudly in his presence."

"Then what should we do?" Bulma asked, "Cook for him? Give him gifts? Beg him not to destroy Earth?"

"He doesn't want gifts," Kashu said, "He wants a Super Saiyan God." "A Super Saiyan God?" Son Goku repeated, "What is that?"

Kashu relayed what Whis had said. "Six kind-hearted Saiyans channeling their power into one..." Son Goku muttered to himself, "How many Saiyans do we have?"

"You, me, Son Gohan, Goten, Vegeta, and Trunks," Bulma counted, "Exactly six." "I'm a half-Earthling, half-Saiyan," Son Gohan said, "Does that count?"

"It should," Kashu said, "The problem is, we don't know how to channel the power." Whis's voice suddenly echoed in the meeting room. "I can teach you."

Everyone was startled. Whis had appeared at the doorway of the meeting room at some point, watching everyone with a smile. "You... how did you get in?" Bulma exclaimed.

"I have been here the whole time," Whis said, "You just didn't notice." He walked to the conference table and stood his staff beside him.

"The ritual for a Super Saiyan God is simple. Five kind-hearted Saiyans place their hands on the back of the sixth, transferring their energy to him. The sixth Saiyan must intensely desire to become a god in his heart. When the intentions of the six are unified, the God Fire will ignite." "It's that simple?" Son Goku asked.

"It sounds simple, but it is difficult to execute," Whis said, "Because you must trust each other completely, without any distracting thoughts. Any trace of doubt, fear, or selfishness will cause the ritual to fail." Son Goku looked at Vegeta. Vegeta snorted. "Don't look at me. I won't hold us back." "I'll join," Son Gohan said.

"And me," Goten raised his hand. Trunks also raised his hand. "That makes six," Bulma said, "Son Goku, you be the one to receive the power."

Son Goku nodded. "Alright." Whis shook his head. "No, not Son Goku." Everyone was stunned. "Not Goku? Then who?"

Whis's gaze swept over the group and finally landed on one person. "Him." He pointed at Karrot. Karrot was sitting on his mother's lap eating a cookie, covered in crumbs. He looked up to see everyone staring at him and nearly dropped his cookie. "Me?" Karrot asked in his childish voice. Whis smiled. "His potential is the greatest of all. He has Saiyan blood, the infinite energy reactor of a Super Android, and the genetic factors of the God Form. If he can become a Super Saiyan God, his power will surpass everyone." "But he's only three years old!" Bulma protested. "Age is not the issue," Whis said, "The issue is the intent. Does he desire to become a god?" Everyone looked at Karrot. Karrot chewed his cookie, looking blank. "What is a god?" he asked. Whis laughed. "A god is someone who can protect everyone." Karrot thought for a moment. "Then Karrot wants to become a god! Karrot wants to protect Mommy! Protect Daddy! Protect the uncles and aunties!"

Whis's smile deepened. "It seems he is ready." The ritual took place in an open field on the outskirts of West City. The five SaiyansSon Goku, Vegeta, Son Gohan, Son Goten, and Trunks—stood in a circle, with Karrot in the center. "Place your hands on his back," Whis instructed, "Do not use brute force; use your intent. Imagine your energy flowing into his body like water." Son Goku placed his hands on Karrot's back and closed his eyes. Vegeta hesitated for a moment before doing the same. Son Gohan, Son Goten, and Trunks followed suit. The energy of the six began to resonate. Karrot closed his eyes, feeling five different energies flowing into his body. Son Goku's warmth, Vegeta's coldness, Son Gohan's gentleness, Son Goten's liveliness, and Trunks's steadiness—the five energies intertwined and fused within him, gradually becoming a brand-new power. His body began to glow. It was not a golden light, nor a silver light, but a deep, flame-like red radiance. Red flames surged from his body, shooting into the sky and dyeing the clouds crimson. Everyone felt that aura—a divine, vast, and transcendent presence.

Karrot's body underwent a change. His black hair turned red, the tips spiking upward like burning flames. His eyes turned deep red, with stars seemingly rotating within his pupils. Red flames swirled around his body; there was no lightning, no shockwaves, only pure, serene, divine energy.

Super Saiyan God. Three-year-old Karrot had become the first Super Saiyan God in the universe. He opened his eyes and looked at his own hands. There was no surprise or excitement on his face, only a calm that transcended his age. "I see it," Karrot said, "I see the truth of the universe." His voice was no longer childish, but carried a divine resonance. Whis watched him, a look of satisfaction flashing in his eyes. "Very good," Whis said, "Now, let me see your power." Karrot looked up at Whis and smiled slightly. "As you wish." He vanished. The next second, he appeared before Whis and threw a punch. Whis raised his hand to block it; the collision of fist and palm created a shockwave that overturned the ground for several kilometers. Whis took a step back. He looked at his palm, where a faint red mark had appeared.

"Not bad," Whis said, "Stronger than I imagined." Karrot did not stop, launching a continuous assault. His speed was so fast that even Son Goku's eyes could not keep up, and his strength was such that every punch could shatter a mountain. Whis's staff drew graceful arcs in the air, neutralizing Karrot's attacks one by one. The two fought from the ground to the sky, and from the sky into space. Their battle illuminated half the Earth, and everyone looked up at the red and blue lights in the sky. "This child..." Vegeta muttered, "is stronger than all of us." Son Goku smiled, a very happy smile. "He is our hope." The battle lasted for ten minutes. Karrot suddenly stopped, reverting from the Super Saiyan God state back into an ordinary black-haired boy. His face was flushed red, and he was panting heavily. "So tired..." Karrot said, "Karrot wants to sleep..."

Then he closed his eyes and fell asleep in mid-air. Whis caught him and held him gently in his arms. "He did very well," Whis said to Kashu, who had caught up, "His potential has not yet been fully unleashed. When he grows up, he will become the strongest warrior in the universe." Kashu looked at his sleeping son, his heart filled with mixed emotions. "Whis, will Lord Beerus still come to Earth?" Whis thought for a moment. "Lord Beerus has already sensed the aura of a Super Saiyan God. He is satisfied and should not come to destroy Earth. But..." "But?" "Lord Beerus is very interested in the food on Earth. He might come... to visit." Kashu gave a wry smile. "A visit is better than destruction."

Whis returned Karrot to Kashu and bowed. "Then, I shall take my leave. Lord Beerus is still waiting for my report." He vanished into the light.

Kashu held his son and landed beside Android 18. Android 18 looked at the sleeping Karrot, tears streaming down her face. "He's only three years old..." "He will be fine," Kashu said, "I will protect him." "You can't protect him," Android 18 shook her head, "His power has already surpassed yours. What you can do is stay by his side."

Kashu was silent for a moment, then nodded. "You're right." He put his arm around Android 18's shoulder, and the two watched the sky together. The red flames had dissipated, and the sky had returned to its normal blue. The sun slanted to the west, and dusk was approaching. A new era had arrived. The Age of Gods. Karrot turned over in his sleep, muttering, "Cookies... delicious..." Kashu and Android 18 looked at each other and couldn't help but smile. No matter how strong he was, he would always be their child. Always.
