Background

Nuwa Sage sent the Nine-Tailed Fox Spirit, Jade Pipa Spirit, and Pheasant Spirit from Xuanyuan Tomb to undermine Great Shang. Su Daji's body was seized by the Nine-Tailed Fox Demon, whose mission was to sow discord in court, eliminate Shang's leading officials through Di Xin, and help bring about the dynasty's destruction within roughly thirty years. 3 4 23

Upon entering Chaoge with Hu Ximei and Wang Yuan, Su Daji was made a consort by Di Xin, while her companions became Noble Ladies. She immediately attempted to beguile Di Xin and began planning to remove Empress Jiang, Consort Yang, and Consort Huang from the harem. 3

Di Xin had anticipated the demons' schemes. When Su Daji again used her beguiling art, he crushed the three demons with his Sage's might and enslaved them with a Primordial Spirit Dharma Form. Su Daji then disclosed Nuwa's mission and accepted Di Xin as her master. 4

After Guanghan Fairy arrived in Chaoge to reinforce Nuwa's plan, Su Daji secretly informed Di Xin of her presence and later reported Guanghan's instructions in full. Under Di Xin's direction, she used her maid Gun Juan to contact Fei Zhong and You Hun and cooperated in the staged assassination plot that exposed them. 20 21 22

After You Hun implicated Gun Juan in the conspiracy, Gun Juan was seized by the Imperial Forest Guard. Anticipating that Gun Juan would attribute her actions to Su Daji, Di Xin directly took control of the maid's mind before questioning her, preventing her testimony from compromising his enslaved consort. Fei Zhong, You Hun, and their accomplices were subsequently publicly executed. 24
