Yuanshi Tianzun resides at Jade Void Palace on Kunlun Mountain, where he instructs the Twelve Golden Immortals on the approaching Investiture of the Gods Tribulation. When the Supreme Purity Sage's Kongtong Seal vanishes, Yuanshi accompanies him to Purple Firmament Palace to report the loss to Hongjun. Hongjun instructs them to disregard the missing treasure and accelerate the tribulation's plan. 5

He dismisses a mysterious peak Quasi-Saint's potential to disrupt the tribulation, maintaining that no being below the Heavenly Dao Saint realm can alter its course. 9

When Taiyi True Person returns severely injured after confronting Wen Zhong, Yuanshi provides and helps refine a Nine-Turn Great Restoration Pill for him.
