Chen Xin serves as one of the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect's guardian Titled Douluos alongside Bone Douluo Gu Rong. By the time he encounters Li Hanche, he is already known as Sword Douluo and regarded as the sect's foremost martial protector. 15 55

After observing Li Hanche endure harsh sparring and pursue an unprecedented thousand-year first soul ring, Chen Xin recognizes the boy's determination and potential to break established limits.
