Birth and hidden nature

Yan Ju was publicly born as the eldest son of Yan Emperor Shennong and his principal consort, Ting Yao. His birth drew the descent of the Solar Star and revealed an innate foundation far beyond ordinary gods; Shennong immediately named him heir to the Yan Emperor Tribe. 233

A medicinal baptism awakened his Yan Emperor bloodline and strengthened his divine body. He rapidly mastered his inherited authority, cultivated the Southern Yan Emperor True Scripture, and entered the Heavenly God Realm while still an infant. 234

Much later, Taiwei Daoist disclosed that Yan Ju was not an ordinary incarnation, but a Primordial Spirit corpse-body produced through the Primordial Treasure Mirror. Yan Ju nevertheless possessed an independent will, wisdom, and comprehension as Yang Huai's Other Self. 412 485
